We had a great stay at Oanh‘s place. The host was very responsive and allowed for flexible check-in. There is a supermarket just across the street which is very convenient. Would definitely stay there again :)

Closed to TSN airport is a plus, but not many activities for ones want to explore. I would prefer district 4, district 1 or bình Thạnh landmark 81

The room was well fit and comfortable, well-furnished. The location is very convenient to get around, close to many eateries/convenient stores. There are also many nice cafes nearby.

Very sweet out of the way apartment, there is a lovely restaurant right next door and lots of cafes around. We arrived earlier than check in and the staff were able to get our room really earlier for us which was really nice. The centre is in walking distance if you are happy for a 30 minute walk or a quick cheap taxi. We definitely recommend :)

Our stay was brilliant. The communication was great with the host and we were greeted by a friendly security guard who also made us feel very comfortable. The room was perfect and we had a great time exploring the local area as well as easy transport into the city centre.

Booked here many times, I love the sucken lounge that overlooks the little green garden and love the neighbourhood so much ☺️ I love the Circadian team, they manage over 60 properties and there communication and help is always amazing. In comparison to their other properties though, this building is a lot older, with visible wear & tear, which matches more of a 3 star hotel (where their other properties are more in line with 5 stars). The bathroom is very small. Mostly cold showers as the hot water is inconsistent. And the garden at the room's window is the front door into the building - so it's not private in that regard. It has 2 beds but better suited to 2 maybe 3 friends, instead of 2 couples (I don't think 4 people could share this space comfortably). A great option if it's just a place to sleep at the end of a busy day.

Teddy was very accommodating to let me check in earlier. A very responsive host. There was no delay at all for me to check in early. Finding food to eat and drink is very convenient and is just outside the apartment complex. I have a wonderful stay at the apartment thank you very much.

Mr. Thang was very responsive and communicative, and made sure we had what we needed for check-in and check-out. His place was clean and looked like the photos. 2 bathrooms in a 2 bedroom unit is very nice for my family.

Despite being centrally located, the space was peaceful, offering a perfect escape after a busy day of sightseeing. The apartment itself was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were in perfect working order. I especially appreciated the high-speed Wi-Fi and the air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the warm weather. I genuinely felt at home here and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

Quoc was very helpful to us. He & his wife are nice people. He has a coffee shop downstairs and they sell really good coffee! We will definitely stay here again. He would always attend to our needs and even point out some local shops/restaurants that we should try which made our trip easy! We stayed at his place for 2 weeks and its been a great experience. Our only issue was the water pressure from the shower, its not that strong which makes shower time a bit longer and the placement of the shower head is also low since I’m tall. I also wish that the bath tub will also be thoroughly cleaned because there are some dried dusts on the surface. But overall, we are happy to have found Quoc’s place and we will definitely stay here in again! Highly recommend!

My favorite Airbnb stay so far: Everything was clean, neat and elegant luxurious. All staff members from the reception to the cleaning lady were very kind, helpful and so lovely! The pool on the 8th floor is well maintained and perfectly sized, ideal for a comfortable quiet get away. Would love to come back anytime - thank you for the great experience!
