We had such a great experience staying here as a whole family! The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a large group. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance. We also loved how the house was decorated — it truly gave us a feel of the local culture. We had a great time making memories together, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to friends traveling in a group. Phoenix’s place was perfect for us. Between the location, the cleanliness, the layout, and the communication, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Each room has its own bathroom. The AC was a welcome treat after walking in the summer heat. There were tons of restaurants and cafes to choose from right down the street. I worked remotely for a week and the Wi-Fi worked just fine. This Airbnb was our home base for a week and it was perfect!

Price was great! Host spoke English over the phone for any issues. Free parking was great~ the room was relatively clean and location is convienent however a bit hard to find as its in an alley~ just look for the phuc long and go into alley. Could have had more amenities like hand soap, hair dryer, toilet paper. Would book again

Host gave detailed instructions on how to check in. Good information interaction. Lovely apartment, clean, full facilities. It is possible to park a car in the building basement (affordable). Near the whole house there is convenient store and space to walk exercise. I will definitely come back when I come to Ho Chi Minh city.

The owner is very cute and enthusiastic. I was busy arriving quite late but he still waited to give the key card. The apartment is in a very convenient location to the airport and getting around the surrounding districts. The apartment is full like home, washing and cooking is possible. …

Lala was responsive and helped us fix any problems as fast as possible. The location was good as well, many restaurants and cafes nearby. As we had a pretty long stay, we were offered weekly cleaning service and that was super helpful.

Great location with many shops around, very close to airport, free swimming pool is a bonus for kid. This is why i keep coming back to the botanica. Host also very responsive and quick to communicate.

Annie has a great place. Just like others have said, it is far above the bustle and noise of the city, and quiet. If you are looking for a convenient and centrally located place to stay in D1, this would be a good pick.

I stay at one of Trang’s places every time I visit Saigon. She is very responsive, the locations are excellent, the rooms are clean and spacious.

Amazing airbnb, we’ve been traveling for 5 months and this is one of the nicest airbnbs in our trip so far. It feels very homey and has everything you need. The filtered water was a great touch that we loved. We stayed there for a week and the host was kind enough to provide a free cleaning service halfway through our stay. We also loved having a washing machine to clean our own clothes. Location was perfect as well, it’s very walkable and easy to get a grab if you need to go further away.

Great location pretty central to all the districts and d1 just across the bridge. Was nice to come back to a quiet area. Host was kind enough to have a storage area for luggages after checking out.
