Hà is very attentive to her clients. Responds rapidly to messages. My colleague and I enjoyed our stay and would come back anytime. The building is in a nice well maintained neighbourhood. The local shops under the building offer a variety of services. We loved getting a hair massage at the beauty shop. We were able to get all our groceries around the block. Be prepared for very firm beds (hard!), but we got used to them, snd I slept very well. I loved having 2 bathrooms and being able to wash my clothes. We were very disappointed that the pool had a 15$ fee to use. We thought it was included since there were pictures of the pool. We did not use it. The location is very close to busses. We used them on our morning commute to and from the university (ULIS). We also used Grab, which I highly recommend.

Perfect location, place was great value, host responded to any communication. The stairs/ladder to mezzanine bed could be tricky for someone with reduced mobility or who had too much to drink. It was no issue for me and it is fairly clear in pics. Would stay again.

It was nice to be able to move comfortably because it was near the city center. This is an accommodation I want to visit again next time.

The apartment building is highly regarded and conveniently located near the highway. While the property includes a swimming pool, as noted, there is an additional fee to use it. I mistakenly assumed it was managed by the same agency, but clearer communication on this point would have been helpful. Otherwise, I found the property to be excellent and beautifully maintained. The host was responsive and provided prompt assistance.

The place is absolutely a gem. Very spacious and interior decoration is cool, unique and made me super comfortable while staying here 2 weeks. I am a remote worker and Wi-Fi is fast enough to manage my work. It’s a bit far from city center but there are lots of restaurants and cafes near by and it has its own nice neighborhood to explore. 100% recommended, you won’t regret.

The apartment is very nice and as described in the pictures. It is clean and has a very nice view. It is outside, but the E02 is almost at your doorstep. For this price I highly recommend the apartment! We were really very satisfied :)

The host is super responsive. My flight kept getting delayed and he was available to receive us even though we got there very late. The place is very nice and spacious and close to downtown Hanoi. Within a 20 minute taxi ride. The apartment is really large and has all thelisted amenities. If I go back to Hanoi, I would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Helen’s place in Hanoi! The apartment was clean, complete with everything I needed, and incredibly comfortable — a perfect home base for exploring the city. Helen was an amazing host: warm, responsive, and always ready to help with great local tips. Me and my Highschool friends truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hanoi!

It was easy to find the accommodation, and there were shared amenities around the accommodation (restaurant, swimming pool, gym, etc.), so I was able to solve everything inside. All facilities were the same as the photos It was very nice and I enjoyed it comfortably before heading out. I highly recommend this place. ^ ^

Great apartment for digital nomads like us: stable internet connection, dedicated workspace, daily cleaning and 2 bottles of water. The apartment had a washer and dryer, which is essential in Asia, ahaha. The location is a bit far from the centre, but there is the Lotte Mall with a cool food court and a hundred shops nearby.

We had an excellent time staying at Olive Garden. We actually extended our stay twice. The surroundings were a peaceful sanctuary in an otherwise noisy and manic place. We walked to many of the attractions in Hanoi. There is a street market within a few minutes walk. We could buy tofu, vegetables and fruits. The house is spacious. We were happy to have separate living and sleeping spaces. We used the kitchen to make meals. The television is large and good quality. The bathroom has two fans and the water heated very quickly. We had plenty of towels. The air conditioning was effective and kept us cool. This was a great place to stay in Hanoi. Highly recommended if you like peace and quiet!

Amazing Stay! The hosts are perfectly responsive with quick and helpful replies. The place itself is gorgeous and a really fun vibe to stay with friends and family. Location is also perfect with every attraction in Old Quaters less than a 10 minute walk. Great Experience !!!

The villa was even better in person than what the photos show! Each room has its own bathroom, peaceful scenery, and privacy. The living room is large, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great accommodation!
