Highly recommend a stay here for your vacation or travel in Phuket, Alexandre the host was always responsive and respectfully. The property is as listed on the photos and is very beautiful and private with an amazing indoor pool and beach access right infront . Me and my friend had a wonderfull time here, hope the next guests also find themselves at home when traveling Phuket . Thank you Alexandre .

We were staying 27March-6April, amazing host and stuff, very polite, positive and super helpful. Always in touch, very fast in terms of response and actions in case we needed smth. The house was truly great, very clean and tidy. Pool is quite big with clean water and pool towels. Villa was fully equipped with everything you need to spend your vacation with no fuss, the only thing we were missing is a dishwash machine in the kitchen. There also was a grill area outside the villa. Also I need to mention chef Jason, the food he made was absolutely delicious, you can not only use the predefined menu but select your own dishes and he will cook it for you. The prices were very friendly keeping in mind the level of quality and taste. Surin beach is 10 minutes walk from the villa, all the shops are in walkable distance, pharmacies and some decent cafes as well. So in general great place, definitely worth to come back and stay again. Thank you very much Florian and Cynthia for your hospitality!

We stayed for two weeks, host was really responsive with our questions, location was really quiet, villa was great in amazing condition and very brand new. Housekeeping were always available and pool cleaning also. had an amazing time during our stay.

The house was absolutely amazing with a relaxing ambiance, pictures do not do this place justice. We loved spending time outside by the pool and in the garden watching the wildlife. The house is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood away from noise, we liked the privacy. Inside the clean living area is spacious with a huge spotless kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive allowing flexible check in/out times . The house is perfect for a family vacation or a couple looking for a quiet place with privacy.

My family and I had a pleasant stay, there was 10 of us— the place was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. One thing to note is that there’s a noisy bar right next door that stays open late, which might be a concern for light sleepers. The location is a bit secluded, so you’ll need to rely on taxis or rideshares to get around. Overall, a good stay if you’re okay with a bit of nightlife nearby and don’t mind traveling for access to amenities.

Super schönes Haus mit tollen Pool und Blick über die ganze Stadt Patong. Es ist oben auf dem Berg gelegen direkt an einem Hang. Dadurch hat man viel Privatsphäre und ist ungestört. Von der Lage her sollte man wissen das es viele Stufen gibt und das Haus nur über einen sehr steilen Weg erreichbar ist, her braucht man entweder einen Roller oder ein Taxi. Die Putzfrau kommt jeden Tag wie verabredet und putzt die und die Küche. Wir können das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen

It was a beautiful experience living in this Villa it was beautiful quiet and peaceful I enjoyed the pool a lot also the kitchen have everything you need last but not last our host Mikhail was so nice and very helpful

We stayed for a week at Piotr’s villa and had wonderful time. The view of mountains is spectacular. The villa is clean and spacious. Piotr is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place.

My friends and I had such a great stay in Rawai. The place was beautiful, very clean and cozy, and exactly as described. The location was quiet but still close to everything we needed. The host was kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay of 9 nights at Bangtao Sweet Home. Our host was extremely helpful and looked after us like family. She even assisted us in booking a trip. She arrived when we arrived to show us everything and we were offered a taxi from the airport. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with many cute cafes around. We particularly enjoyed walking around 20 mins to the closest beach clubs. The location of sweet home was ideal as it’s near the west side of the island where you can see a beautiful sunset over the sea. We truly felt looked after on this trip, and we would recommend to all. It is very private and secure. The hot tub was a lovely touch and very relaxing. We found this place to be the perfect size for two people. When we took a taxi out and about we would recommend to have it picked up from the road rather than the apartment as it’s quite difficult for the car to get to, unless it you are using a motorbike. Thank you for a lovely trip! We can’t wait to come back.

Sehr schönes bungalow mit Pool, der Pool wird 2x wöchentlich professionell gereinigt. Anbieter hat eine WA-Gruppe gemacht in der alles in Minuten geklärt werden konnte wie zb. Einen Roller zu bekommen der in die Unterkunft geliefert wurde. Alles bestens, danke!

The place was just as described. The location is amazing, less than a minute walk down the hill at you're in the water. The convenient stores are right outside the gate and you can even enjoy some fancy dining and bars at the resorts nearby, all walking distance. Overall the property is quiet and peaceful and I would definitely enjoy staying there again.

Phuket is amazing! We loved our stay at this beautiful beachside villa. There are restaurants all along the road, massage parlor next door, and moped rentals across the street. The villa itself was very clean and well-maintained (the AC saved us from the crazy heat). We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it!

Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere die Dame, die die Übergabe gemacht hat. Kameras zur eigenen Sicherheit vorhanden. Leider aber auch im Poolbereich. Aber auf Anfrage und Wunsch wurden die Kameras von dem Poolbereich weggedreht, wodurch die Privatsphäre geschützt wurde. Das Nachbarhaus hat eine Kamera, die etwas in den Sitzbereich am Pool aufnehmen kann. Ansonsten sehr zufrieden. Gastgeber konnte uns auch eine gute Vermietung für ein Auto empfehlen. Die Lage ist allerdings etwas „außerhalb“. Man bräuchte ein Auto oder ein Scooter. Grab/Taxi ist natürlich auch eine Option. Vielen Dank für alles.

Host was really nice and friendly. Very nice woman. She cares about your stay, and making a great time for you. She's very communicative and responsive. The place is new as well, with great A/C if you need it, and laundry around the corner for only 20 THB. Highly recommended!

The villa is a bit worn, but matches the photos exactly. It had everything I needed except a washing machine. The location is peaceful and secluded, yet close enough to Bang Tao and everything else when needed. The pool is cool, deep enough, and private thanks to high walls with no prying neighbors. The weekly service team handles everything - cleaning, pool, garden, linens - in under 15 minutes. I never saw a single ant inside, which is great in this area and made it easy to relax about food storage. No need to bother about utility bills either, which is also a plus. The local cafe offers an all-day breakfast menu along with great lunch options, but it closes early (5 PM), though there are other fantastic options within walking distance and many are listed on food delivery apps as well. Diego was always available if I needed anything and helped a lot during my stay. Overall, it’s a solid option for a long stay and good value. I’ll be staying longer.

Nammon is a great host. She is responsive, friendly & considerste with your needs. The place has almost everything you need. What we liked was that the villa was spotless. We were surprised how clean the bathroom, pool & lawn areas were. The place gives you a sunset view, a panaromic greenery view & a peaceful surrounding. We were in love with this place the moment we stepped in & we are sure so will you. Definitely a must visit if you looking for an isolated peaceful green surrounding. The stay was very pleasant! In the evenings, there were some insects, but that’s completely normal when living in this kind of environment. The house has a lot of charm and a cozy atmosphere. All the amenities were exactly as described. Cleaning was done daily. The area is very peaceful. Keep in mind that getting around usually requires a means of transport like a scooter or a car, as many places are a bit of a distance away and the terrain is quite hilly. Aside from that, the property has its own unique vibe. Highly recommended!

The villa was perfect! The amenities are nice. Rooms are vey comfortable and much bigger than we expected, perfect for families and big groups of friends. Surin beach is beautiful. The villa is good distance to restaurants and shopping too. Alice and her colleagues took really good care of us. They prepared an authentic Thai dinner and set up romantic tables for us, which really impressed my fiancée. We’ve already recommended it to our friends who are looking to come in the summer!

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Thailand . Very quiet location , amazing view, villa itself amazing. High ceilings give that feeling of space and air. Nice swimming pool ! Loved the bathtub , it’s important for me. On the roof you can make picture of sunset 🌄which is really impressive. Villa is very clean, owner was very welcome 🌺I highly recommend for private rest and recharge . Or spend time with your loved ones
