The primary bedroom features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and an ocean view. Other bedrooms offer king and queen beds, ensuite bathrooms, and private balconies with breathtaking ocean views (please see photos of each bedroom). Relax and unwind in the 21-meter infinity pool, offering spectacular views over Kamala Beach. The main living area is equipped with a 55-inch Smart TV, a soundbar, and a Marshall speaker. Enjoy games on the high-quality pool table and sip your favorite drink at the bar counter. Stay active in the air-conditioned gym, featuring a Technogym treadmill, elliptical machine, dumbbell set, and yoga mats. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a blender, rice maker, and an espresso machine. Enjoy your creations at the large dining table or the bar counter. For families, we provide a crib and children's dinnerware. Stay connected with complimentary high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi throughout the villa. The villa is a 45-60 minute drive from Phuket International Airport, and we provide complimentary transfers. Free on-site parking is available for your vehicle. Our team is always available to help you arrange other transportation as needed. To ensure a wonderful experience for everyone, we ask that you respect our property and house rules. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to a fee. Parties and events with outside guests require prior approval plus fee. Any damages will be billed upon check-out. Please be aware that you may occasionally hear music from the nearby Café Del Mar or neighboring villas. In our effort to be sustainable, we do not provide single-use toiletries like toothbrushes or razors. We encourage you to bring your own personal care items. The villa is located in Patong, directly facing Patong Beach. It is a 5-minute walk to 7-Eleven and restaurants. By motorbike or dudu car, it is 5 minutes to Jungceylon Mall and 8 minutes to Patong Beach or Bangla Bar Street. The villa has 3 floors and a total area of about 750 square meters. The entire house is furnished with Italian imported furniture. There are 4 bedrooms (all beds are king size), size), three bathrooms and one toilet, three balconies plus an entertainment room (two arcade machines + one foosball table), a 12m x 3m swimming pool, an electric entrance gate, sea and garden views, a cascading fountain view, and an electric canopy throughout the house. The living room is equipped with an 85-inch curved LCD TV, and the bedroom near the pool is equipped with an 85-inch LCD TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with an open-flame stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and a double-door refrigerator. It has everything you need. There is a private parking space in the garden of the villa. Two bedrooms have separate bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and have separate balconies. There is also a 20-square-meter balcony with a sea view. The villa provides disposable slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush, razor, shower gel, shampoo, free snacks, small cakes, mineral water, coffee, and tea on the day of check-in. Cleaning is done every two days (excluding changing bed sheets), and bath towels and towels are changed during cleaning.
