The room is clean, the equipment is new, the host receives the problem and supports everything very quickly. Quite fully furnished, the common area is also a lot of items: iron, kitchen, big fridge,...Ms. Thao at Home is very enthusiastic, thoughtful and cute. Home in the street area is also quite good, moving to the central areas is also fast and easy. Thank you Home and will come back again sometime.

This unique townhouse is a true gem! With 5 en-suite bedrooms, privacy is absolutely guaranteed for everyone in your group. Tucked away in an alley right in the heart of the Bui Vien walking street area, it offers the perfect balance: peaceful tranquility when you need it, yet just steps away from all the vibrant energy, dining, and nightlife. The pull-out sofa bed provides a convenient sixth sleeping option, complemented by a handy sixth small restroom next to the living room. It's truly fantastic for a group to stay together under one roof, especially with the added convenience with the elevator. While the elevator needs a little getting used to, it's generally a huge plus. The host was incredibly helpful and provided detailed instructions, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay! There’re also a 24/24 convenience store near it house, only 1 mins walk. We enjoyed our stay! The villa was private, had lots of space to enjoy and various amenities to take advantage of during our stay. The water pressure in the showers could have been better but no complaints overall.

Big enough room to sleep 10 easily. Full of nostalgia items decorated all over the place yet well maintained and clean. Anh and Le were responsive and provide help whenever asked of. A quiet area yet within 10 mins walk to the Ben Thanh market. Nice coffee place around the area and convenience stall within 5 mins walk as well. Can also walk to Saigon centre within 15 mins. Recommended!

The host contacted me during check-in late at night, but he was so friendly that I didn't feel any discomfort. The house was very clean, the supplies were well prepared, and I was able to walk to the B&B in 5 minutes. The townhouse was spacious, so it was easy to live in, and the restaurant on the first floor was very well done.

This was our first time in Vietnam and we noticed Yen’s listing to be a rare find — we had to book. From check-in to check-out, Yen was responsive, flexible, friendly, and overall one of the best hosts I’ve encountered in my travels. Our stay was cozy! The home was comfortable and felt just like our own. Located on a peaceful street, it was surprisingly central and convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for tranquility close to city center. Will certainly return.

Perfect for big groups to stay

We immediately felt at home here and were very satisfied. Communication was always quick and smooth. After check-out, we were also allowed to drop off our luggage. The possibility to wash your clothes was also super practical! We would recommend the property to anyone! The location is ideal for a few days in the city and is at the same time pleasantly quiet in the side street. Thanks for everything!!!

The cleanliness of the towels was a bit disappointing, but the location and the condition of the room were all so good. I had a good rest!

Linh was a great and very helpful host and the place was incredible. The place was clean, had everything needed. Good location, ~20min drive to a mall and restaurants. There's also a 24/7 store nearby (GS25) and a couple coffee places (starbucks, katinat, highlands). We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it 💗

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

Top notch stay in not far from the heart of District 1. The apartment was spacious, clean, and looked just like the photos. The beds were super comfortable and aircon was strong — we always left home feeling super well rested. The hosts were also very responsive and friendly. On the first night someone’s bed had a strange stain on it and the team was super quick to respond, replying immediately sending someone to change the sheets the next day. The apartment complex itself feels super luxurious and secure, featuring amenities like pools, gyms, and even a jacuzzi (though unfortunately didn’t have time to check them out). There was even a Pizza 4P’s outlet right downstairs which was super convenient 😍 Definitely recommend to anyone coming to Saigon!

Everything is fine, the apartment owns a very nice river view even in the evening it's not too sad.

Great location pretty central to all the districts and d1 just across the bridge. Was nice to come back to a quiet area. Host was kind enough to have a storage area for luggages after checking out.
