Great accommodation, Nicola welcomed me. The fact that a dedicated parking space is available nearby is very easy and reassuring.

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

We had a great time! The house is very nice and the view is beautiful. Nicola was the best house you could wish for. He was always available, very polite and helped us with many requests. We will book it again and can recommend it!

House in a great location, a stone's throw from the center. There are a few stairs to climb, but the house is large and pleasant! Adriano was very kind and available for any information! If we return to Parma, we will definitely consider staying there again

My family and I (5 adults and 1 teenager) had the most wonderful stay at Maria Teresa’s place. Her home is very beautiful and welcoming, there was more than enough space for the family to feel comfortable. This area of Emilia-Romagna is very unique and incredibly peaceful. We felt a strong connection to nature, to the agricultural traditions, and to the history of the region. There were so many surprises to learn about and discover in our short stay! Maria Teresa is truly a “super host”. With an abundance of grace and hospitality, she made our visit an unforgettable experience. Maria answered all of our questions (from restaurants to history) with enthusiasm and patience. Our family felt very cared for during our stay. We were sad to leave! For anyone planning a visit; our family rented cars from the airport in Bologna which was a piece of “torta”. Monte Fuso is great for hiking. Visit the caseificio. We were sorry to miss the pool. Our stay was a hidden gem.

We had a wonderful stay! The view over the vineyards is absolutely stunning, and the pool was a real highlight – perfect for relaxing. Alberto was very kind and helpful, which made us feel really welcome. There are also some great restaurants nearby, which was a big plus. The only small downside was that the beds were a bit worn-out, but everything else more than made up for it.

The real added value is Riccardo, the owner: a lively, ardent, and hospitable soul. Her energy is reflected in every detail of the house. It is a presence that enriches, inspires, and welcomes. A stay that was not only relaxing, but a sensory and human experience. You get lost... and you find yourself.

Very nice, quiet place to stay. Warm and welcoming hosts, we received many tips. Car needed to reach the many beautiful places and delicious restaurants.

Beautiful, clean apartment, which unfortunately is never taken for granted, a few steps from the station and the center. Luisa is an easy-going person who explained everything to us precisely. We'll be back.

Luca responded super quickly and was very friendly - the view from the 11th floor is really fantastic in the evening - the location was also very good - we even found a place in front of the house for our camper (Ducato). We spent a few days here for New Year's, and it was absolutely wonderful. The place is cozy and beautifully furnished, surrounded by nature, which made it the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail in the decor. We can't wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor pool and the gorgeous outdoor space to its fullest. We had a great couple of days at Maya & Carlo’s studio —it’s a very cool space with lots of character, and it was very clean & comfortable with very cold AC (which was a huge plus with it being so hot this weekend!) Carlo was also kind enough to let us store our luggage in the apartment well after our check-out so we could enjoy our last day in Milan before our train. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at this gem right in the beating heart of Milan's luxury shopping district. Easy in person check-in - friendly, responsive, and attentive. We were there during a hot spell so the lift and the strong air conditioning in all the rooms were a real blessing! The terrace is enormous, much bigger than it looks in photos. The kitchen has anything you might need. Francesco arranged a taxi for us on checkout which was super helpful with our luggage. A great place to return to after a day of shopping or sightseeing, in the center of it all but like a hidden oasis in the sky. Do note that there is one flight of steps up to the apartment from the lift. A perfect apartment for a couple!

La cince is really a dream place - for people who like to have peace and quiet and be in nature. We spent little time in the house, there are beautiful places to sit outside, the weather was just too nice. But it is very cozy, in the evening there is usually a light wind, so that you can sleep very well at night with the window open at the high temperatures. The house has everything we needed and we felt comfortable, because it is in the middle of nature you have to bring a certain tolerance for small insects and cobwebs, which cannot be avoided in such a place. But what made our stay so special was the encounter with Cristina and her daughter/family - she was incredibly warm, cordial and of unusual hospitality. It was really nice to have all the animals (dogs, cats, chickens, ducks...) around you. It was a wonderful week, we are super rested and will come back. Thank you

Very nice accommodation and located in an excellent location, ideal for visiting Parma on foot. Perfect for a couple: cozy and quiet atmosphere. The only point to review: the value for money is a bit high.

This apartment is a gem in Milano. You are in Milano but it is in a tranquil setting. Minimal noise except for birds and church bells. Beautifully decorated and exceptionally comfortable. An easy train ride to the centre of the city and all the attractions. There is a big supermarket close by and a few restaurants. Tancredi met us on arrival and all communication was prompt and helpful. If you want to experience the real Milano away from the designer shops and crowds, this is the place for you! We absolutely loved staying in this apartment!
