La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apuane, un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

Appartamento di 90mq situato al primo piano, ideale per 3/4 persone. Completamente arredato, molto luminoso e situato in centro. Servizi limitrofi raggiungibili a piedi: bar (è possibile provare specialità tipiche della zona come crescentine e borlenghi), farmacia, supermercati, pizzerie e ristoranti, forno, macelleria, fruttivendolo, chiesa, noleggio quad, piscina estiva con scivoli, centro benessere con piscina al chiuso riscaldata. Antico metato ristrutturato facente parte di un'abitazione del 1600, composto da cucina salotto bagno e camera soppalco, posto auto in cortile chiuso. Gli ambienti sono piccoli ma molto accoglienti, possono ospitare comodamente 2 persone + eventualmente 1 persona (divano letto matrimoniale). La struttura si trova nel cuore dell' appennino tosco-emiliano, a 15 km dalla Pietra di Bismantova, a 2 km dalla piscina e dal castello di Carpineti, immersa in numerosi percorsi naturalistici.

Il metato di Borgo Toggiano

Borgo Toggiano ci narra la storia del passato contadino delle montagne modenesi. E' un insediamento rurale che risale all'800, costituito da edifici distinti che servivano per la residenza e per il lavoro contadino. A distanza di due secoli è stato oggetto di un recupero da parte di artigiani locali e di scalpellini, che hanno riportato alla luce le pietre con cui erano costruiti questi edifici. Ora è pronto per offrire un'esperienza di charme e di eleganza immersi nella campagna.

Antica chiesa sconsacrata risalente ai primi del 900, originariamente costruita come cappella privata di Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni ha una struttura a loft con due camere matrimoniali su due soppalchi distinti. All’esterno cucina con forno a legna, giardini privato con viale alberato ed oliveto. I cancelli e le scale interne furono costruiti dalla Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni è immerso nella campagna toscana a pochi minuti dalla città.
