The "Trabocco in Campagna" is a special structure surrounded by the greenery of olive trees, which was born between the sea and the mountains. It was curated and completed in every detail in 2025. 2 minutes from the center of Lanciano, 10 minutes from the Costa dei Trabocchi, 40 minutes from the Majella, you can enjoy a stay immersed in nature, "like on a Trabocco". But what is the trabocco? It is an ancient fishing pile dwelling anchored to the rock on large intertwined wooden poles, capable of withstanding the force of the sea.

Arredato con tanto amore, è molto tranquillo. Si trova al secondo piano(no ascensore) e come si vede dalle foto il tetto è fatto tutto in legno. Si può arrivare tranquillamente a piedi in paese. L'appar. risiede in una casa privata ed è dotato di parcheggio interno gratuito custodito in paese, dista dal mare circa 3 km.

L'appartamento e' situato sul litorale di Fossacesia Marina , zona strategica a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dai principali locali . Un attico al terzo piano, (senza ascensore) con ampia terrazza che da modo di ammirare gran parte della splendida Costa dei Trabocchi. Un panormama fantastico , il quale permette di assistere a delle albe e tramonti spettacolari, in un clima di pace e relax. Sotto la struttura a pochi metri vi è la pista ciclopedonale che costeggia il mare per 42km.

Villa Mary Pool, a gem on the Costa dei Trabocchi, offers 3 elegant, smart, and fully equipped apartments—Ambra, Giada, and Perla—each with a private outdoor lounge. In front, a solarium with sunbeds overlooks a natural painting: the hillside village of San Vito to the right and the sea to the left. A hot tub, infrared sauna, and gym are always available. Pool open Monday to Friday from June to August; 7 days a week in September, for a truly relaxing experience.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
