The place is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was great to have hot water since it’s not common in the DR! The beds were comfortable. The AC units worked great. It was really helpful to have complimentary cleaning and laundry services. We enjoyed the back patio! It was really helpful to have the backup generator. It’s well integrated into the system.

We loved staying at Susanne's place! The home is quite big and spacious with high ceilings. The location is excellent and walkable to everywhere in Zona Colonial. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the many fans around the house because it was super hot in DR! The A/Cs in the bedroom were excellent and they do get nice and chilly (always remember to keep all doors and windows closed). The washer/dryer were wonderful to have (although be a little careful as it is right next to the beautiful pool). Susanne was helpful and always ready to help (e.g. offering to bring additional equipment when the wifi wasn't strong in the dining room area). It was also a nice touch to have cleaning service stop by one day. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. We also felt very safe. A little noise on some nights from next door music but nothing too bad. Bathrooms were spacious (hot water always came back even when shower was running for a little while). Highly recommend! Beautiful home!

Nice clean apartment in a very good location, just 2 streets down from the cathedral and main town sqaure. Only the bedroom has A/C but it worked very well and quickly.

Loved staying at Antonio’s place! Everything was clean. He was communicative and responded quickly. The lobby receptionist were also friendly. I traveled with my toddler daughter and I loved the children’s area and the pool in case any other families are traveling. The only thing was the loud music blasting all night on saturday past 3am 🙃 Something to be mindful about if you’re traveling with kids. Definitely will consider staying here again once I’m back in the city. Thank you so much for the hospitality🙏

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. It felt like a home away from home comfortable, quiet, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I had an excellent weeklong stay. Clean and comfortable apartment in a central location. Everything as advertised. Plus many details that make a visitor’s life easier but similar apartments don’t always provide: water bottles waiting in the fridge, coffee & sugar, paper towels, napkins, salt & pepper, oil & vinegar, … Recommended!

Worth every penny. Not ashamed yo say this is not my first time staying here and def wont be my last., Everything is close and plenty to do walking distance. Very secure building with helpful staff including hosts. Private large terrace with a nice jacuzzi to enjoy the great view is all i needed. Trust me and just rent it you’ll agree and then some! Enjoy

Estefany es lo máximo como anfitriona, siempre atenta y muy amable, desde que me hospedé la primera vez con ella me sentí muy cómoda y no puedo llegar a Dominicana sin contactarme con ella para hospedaje. Los espacios súper cómodos, limpios y seguros, la recomiendo con los ojos cerrados

The apartment was situated in a great part of town and close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed ourselves at Tatiana’s place and would recommend it to anyone!!

large beautiful apartment in good location

Carlos place is one of my all time favorite. It has everything I needed and wanted. It was exactly as he described, very clean, spacious and comfortable, and in a private secured location. Restaurants and entertainment is in walking distance. Carlos was very responsive on anything you needed. This will be my choice to stay when I’m visiting Santo Domingo. Thank you Carlos!

Absolutely nice and cozy place. The Arpel 07 is a wonderful tower to be in. The price is perfect for what you get more if you consider the location.
