We loved staying at Susanne's place! The home is quite big and spacious with high ceilings. The location is excellent and walkable to everywhere in Zona Colonial. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the many fans around the house because it was super hot in DR! The A/Cs in the bedroom were excellent and they do get nice and chilly (always remember to keep all doors and windows closed). The washer/dryer were wonderful to have (although be a little careful as it is right next to the beautiful pool). Susanne was helpful and always ready to help (e.g. offering to bring additional equipment when the wifi wasn't strong in the dining room area). It was also a nice touch to have cleaning service stop by one day. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. We also felt very safe. A little noise on some nights from next door music but nothing too bad. Bathrooms were spacious (hot water always came back even when shower was running for a little while). Highly recommend! Beautiful home!

I was happy to visit Mr. Keny's house again because it suit me in location, size and amenities. The owner of the house took great care to ensure that the guests were comfortable during our stay. It was very clean inside. As always, there is everything we needed. For me it is always a reliable place to spend a weekend in the city.

Overall, great stay. The loft is very well located, right next to Maraca. The place looks just like the pictures. There is construction going on outside, but that's totally understandable since the whole area is getting upgrade. Would stay here again.

I definitely enjoyed this place and the host was every helpful for anything I needed . I needed to check out late and he allowed me to do so with no problem . Apartment was very clean and the shower had hot water kitchen had everything needed to make a home meal I definitely will be staying again

Great property in the heart of Naco. The apartment is on a cul de sac, which makes it especially quiet even in the middle of hectic Santo Domingo . Will definitely return.

The location was just perfect for what I needed. The roof top pool was great and very clean. Only two items I would have liked: a top sheet and extra trash bags. A TV in the living area would be nice since I don’t watch TV in bed but that’s not a deal killer. I was out and about most of the time anyway. Will stay there again if I have the need.

Fixie Loft is a beautiful and well-equipped space with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved being surrounded by the rich history la Zona Colonial. The host was super friendly, quick to respond to any questions or needs, and check-in was a breeze. The pool was a sweet bonus — especially with how hot it was! 100% recommend, and we’re definitely coming back!

I had an amazing stay! The property was clean, cozy, and exactly as advertised. The host and the staff was very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect and made my trip even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay here again! I also want to mention the chef at the pool restaurant, who always made sure my order was perfect. A big thank you as well to the front desk lady who helped me with all my questions, and to the pool attendants who worked hard to make my stay so enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back to this wonderful place.

The place was beautiful and located in a great area with plenty of nearby attractions. I really enjoyed my stay! The only area that could use a bit of improvement is the kitchen. The oven fan had some grease buildup that I cleaned before using, and there were no paper towels available. A few of the pans were slightly rusty and could benefit from being replaced, and the kitchen could use a few more utensils. Aside from that, everything else was lovely and well-maintained.

I am very happy to have chosen this apartment for my stay in Santo Domingo, it is a very private, safe and comfortable place. It is equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartment is super decorated and well maintained, all the appliances are new and work perfectly, the air conditioning is perfect, and it has a generator, in case of a power outage in the sector. About the host, I can tell you that she has 1000 stars in communication and customer service, 100% support during your stay in any situation that arises, while you are staying at her airbnb. Perfect location, close to all the malls and entertainment centers in Santo Domingo. If I return to the Dominican Republic, I would definitely stay in this beautiful and comfortable apartment. Franklin is an excellent host. Extremely responsive. Be comfortable with a couple of issues with the country such as rolling blackouts (Franklin was able to explain this to us) and not so sane drivers. That aside the location was in the middle of everything. The rooftop area is beautiful and great party spot. No elevator so get ready to work out.
