Great location for Modena, very close to historical city center and 100 m to Osteria Francescana. Perfect location if you have a car to park and extremely convenient in/out to Modena, especially you are looking to visit nearby attractions such as Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena and Ferrari Museum at Maranello, also nearby cities Parma, Regio Emilia and Bologna.

A great house. super clean, bright and with all amenities. We slept well in the quiet beautiful area. The hosts are amazing. We were very busy with family activities so not so much time to do shopping. We got coffee and food from grandma. She also spoiled my daughter with treats. They were very flexible with late arrival. And the information was great. The surroundings are remote and really something for nature lovers. Thank you for the good care.

Our stay at the apartment was great. Our host had everything prepared for us including breakfast, snacks and juice for the kid. They were super polite and reacted right away to everything we asked. Everything was super clean and stuffed with everything you could imagine. The apartment is in great location - super close to the city center and 150m away from a nice area with many restaurants, bara and coffees. Close to the University, the neighborhood is full of young people. I would totally recommend the place and if we come back to Bologna, will surely book it again if free!

Absolutely perfect stay! This place is pure magic and Lola was so sweet meeting us to check in, giving us great local recommendations, assisting with a taxi service, and even a bottle of Prosecco upon our arrival. 10/10 would recommend for a relaxing getaway. By far our favorite spot during our 3 week trip and we can’t wait to visit again one day!

Conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and all the great places to visit in downtown Parma. The flat has a feeling of tranquility and is comfortable. We shared it the apartment with a friend it was great for that because it has 2 bathrooms that have their own showers in them.

Alessandro sent us clear and precise instructions. This allowed us to arrive and leave independently. The apartment is very beautiful, functional and well-equipped. We enjoyed the air conditioning with temperatures of 38 degrees outside. Another appreciable point: we had access to a private and secure garage. No difficulty to go to the city center on foot in about 25 minutes. We would highly recommend this apartment.

House on two floors just renovated, everything brand new, very clean and in order. In a quiet and peaceful area. Parking space inside the very useful courtyard. Denis is a nice host, available and attentive to the guest. I would highly recommend staying in this house.

We truly can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay at Elvira and Alain’s apartment was. From the start, they gave us everything we needed to get around. The place was spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. We loved the high-quality appliances, the clean and cozy space—including the balcony—and the great attention to detail. It’s even more beautiful than the photos. The location is perfect, just five minutes from the train station, with easy access to Cinque Terre and nearby restaurants. What truly made our stay unforgettable was Elvira and Alain themselves. From the very beginning, they were warm, helpful, and supportive—offering suggestions on what to do, always being available, and thoughtful without ever being intrusive. They went above and beyond by helping us adjust our arrival after a train strike, assisting with a surprise birthday bouquet, and sharing their homemade tiramisu truffles. One of the best stays we’ve ever had. Always recommended!

Great place to stay in’s very good location. It’s quiet and dark at night which is great for sleep. It’s super close to everything you need. Very comfortable and safe place to spend some time. Highly recommend.

We had a great week at Miriam and Roberto's. The welcome was very satisfactory in all respects. The apartment is large, well arranged and has all the necessary comfort for a family with a small child. We were touched by the many attentions provided by the owners to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment is very clean with good quality furniture and appliances. The kitchen is well-equipped and organized. The geographical location of the accommodation is advantageous for people who want to visit the 5 lands by train as it is a 10-minute walk from the train station. Small bonus: the apartment is located next to the public elevator that allows access to the pedestrian area of La Spezia. This is a very spacious flat, which is beautifully furnished and has a lovely outside seating area. It is walkable distance to the old town and has a number of good cafes close by for breakfast. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were quick to respond. Our group was a couple in their 60s and 2 in their 70s. We could not have walked from the station but Carolina described where it was best to catch a taxi and the whole process was very easy. Carolina then ordered us a taxi for our return to the airport, which worked very well. It was a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend this flat!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. Communication with Matteo was super nice, we could even check in two hours before the indicated check in time, which was really convenient! Thank you, we had a great time in Bologna!

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

This airbnb is at a great location from which you can reach everywhere in the city by walking. Host is very warm hearted and always responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom offer all the basic things you need. Apartment is on the ground floor. Air conditioning works well too. I really enjoyed my stay!

My husband and I stayed with Alice and her family on Valentine's Day weekend and we were pleasantly impressed by the attention to the customer, she provided us with many solutions for activities and restaurants to eat at. The studio was equipped with everything you need, studied in detail like all the lovely furniture. In the fridge there were all the products of their farm, each one better than the other (yogurt, panna cotta and puddings and milk of the highest mountain quality). A visit to their farm is a must, because it's really worth seeing the love and passion that the family puts into the business up close and, above all, a special thanks goes to Paolo, the owner and father of Alice, who enchanted us during the visit to the farm. What can I say, keep it up and you can't help but have super happy guests who are satisfied with everything you offer. The truly delicious and cozy spa is a treat to try
