Detached maisonette with garden. 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 1 bedroom with a double bed (140) and a sofa bed (130) in the living room. You are in the heart of the Pic Saint-Loup vineyards. You have many starting points for walks. For swimming, the sea is 45 minutes away, the river is 25 minutes away, and the lake is 10 minutes away. This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Only the living room is air conditioned. The 3x2m pool (very small) is only available in July and August.
