Very cozy apartment, it was very clean. Met all our expectations

Beautiful and cozy apartment - exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and organized. Bedding and bath linens available. Spacious garage, with 2 spots. Check-in through facial recognition, super practical and without bureaucracy. The host was very attentive, promptly answering questions. Good location for those who go by car, it is a little far from the main street of Gramado. I recommend the stay.

We left very satisfied with the stay. The AP is perfect. It has everything we need, both the bed and the sofa are very comfortable to sleep in. There's warm bedding, towels. The shower with very warm water. There is a toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, washer and dryer that makes things much easier, iron, and a powerful hair dryer. The wardrobe to keep the guests' clothes organized, with hangers as well. It has a garage as it says in the ad, the location is excellent, it is very close to Rissul, and very close to the center as well.

Our days in the apartment of Danilo were wonderful! The apto is well assembled, with all amenities for a quiet stay in Gramado. The bedding is great and the tranquility of the street is even better! We are attached to the excellent view and want to return. When we return to Gramado, we will again look for this fit, which, for us, a couple with two small children, was 10/10.

The apartment is better than the listing! We stood in 5 adults + 1 7-year-old child and served everyone perfectly. We felt at home at "Our home in Gramado". We went by car, but a few days we chose to leave the night by car, to consume alcoholic beverages, and it is quickly possible to get vehicles. The host is a sweetheart, the house was with Easter ornament, a cuteness! Not to mention the good taste of the apartment and we left a memory. We indicate the place with commitment and will be back! Success!

We really like the place; perfect for a few days. Everything clean, organized and spacious, including the patio. The host is very attentive and helpful. We had difficulty locating the property, because in the listing there is number of house 220 and the correct one is 228.

Our stay was great. Beautiful days of carnival: Pool, kiosk and barbecue, all very close. The bedrooms and the living room have air-conditioning, to sleep and rest quietly. We will return for sure, even to enjoy the champion stove in the winter.

The whole house is an adventure - practically in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, but with impeccable structure: pool, game room, two barbecues, wood oven, fire pit. We passed the Carnival and enjoyed every minute!

An impeccable stay, this is how we summarize our experience. The house is beautiful, cozy, spacious and comfortable, with all possible amenities available. It is located in a gated community of houses (Gramado lakes), extremely quiet, with some small lakes full of ducks, Wanters, pheas and many other birds. The hosts, Carolina and Jairo, are very attentive and polite, always available and concerned about our comfort. We didn't miss anything in our stay! I cannot forget to mention the friendliness of Aninha, who received us with great affection and dedication!

I have no words to describe how wonderful this accommodation was! Perfect location, fully accommodated, beautiful view, fully equipped apartment. Both Rosângela and André were extremely kind and attentive to us, I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back!!

Perfect place! Hosts Vanderlei and Luiz put on a show of kindness and sympathy. They facilitated my group's check-in and stored our bags until later. Ah! They respond super fast too. The apartment is extremely well equipped, with everything working perfectly. When we arrived, there was a bag with jam, toast and tea. Very thoughtful! We went as 4 people and the environment was perfect, even though there was only one bathroom. The condominium and the region are also a show, a place full of trees. One confusion I had was whether the living room spaces, shown in the photos, were private or part of the condominium. In fact, everything is private, in the photos it looks bigger (not that the size is bad, it's more because in the photos it looks like a communal space, but it's not). It is an apartment, where the living room, kitchen, one of the bedrooms and the bathroom are downstairs. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine that contains the living room with sofa beds and the other bedroom with air conditioning. I highly recommend it and I would definitely come back.

Valdecir was very attentive and the directions were clear , always available for any questions. The accommodation is as described , excellent beds, linens, towels, everything very neat . It has a very good location , 2 blocks from Hard Rock cafe , quiet street, close to service station, super, restaurants , etc. to get to know and walk around the center of Gramado. Totally recommendable .

We didn't know Gramado and we went for Easter. It's a beautiful apartment, very complete and clean. It's centrally located and close to everything, very easy to access. The handover and return of the keys is very flexible, we arrived very late and we left in the early morning and there were no problems. We stayed 6 people and an infant and it is ideal. Beautiful decor, very comfortable beds, to highlight their linens and towels. All spotless

Great location and impeccable host! The apartment is perfectly situated, allowing you to explore the entire central region on foot with ease. We used the car only to visit more distant attractions, which was very practical. As for the space itself, it exceeded all expectations: extremely well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I can only portray the perfect environment that the hostess provided us, with a wonderful and impeccable apartment, close to everything, well located. We had the best of all worlds, feeling like we were at home. Our hostess was perfect, in addition to allowing us to enjoy the space in a way that gave us freedom while still worrying about the details and being available for any setbacks.
