Staying at Iris’s apartment was a dream. The space is beautiful, full of character, great energy and perfectly located — it truly made us feel like we were living in Paris rather than just visiting. Every detail felt considered, from the furnishings to the thoughtful advice that made us feel instantly at home. The neighborhood is charming and walkable, with innumerable cafés, shops, museums and that irresistible Parisian atmosphere just outside the door. Iris was a gracious and responsive host, and we can’t wait to come back and stay longer next time. Highly recommend!

We spent 4 days in Paris. The location is ideal for spending the night just outside the center. The center can be reached by train and metro in a short time. Everything you need is in the immediate vicinity! Parking, shopping or eating in a nice suburban area. The apartment itself is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children! Great cut, well maintained and clean. It was perfect for us! Raphael welcomed us kindly and promptly, gave precise instructions, that's how we want it! Thanks to Raphael!

This place is an absolute gem and a rare find on this platform. Bigger, cleaner, and nicer than advertised. Spectacular location. Wonderful sandwiches and coffee right outside the front door. Incredibly comfortable and well appointed space. Easy check in and check out (thank you Marie!). I wish we could have spent more time there. If our travels find us in Amiens again, we will absolutely book this apartment again.

This is a great spot in a beautiful neighborhood. The owners are very responsive and super helpful, and they were happy to accommodate quite a late check in. The apartment was comfortable and the crib and high seat provided for our son were perfect. The apartment was a good size and had everything we needed. The bathroom and shower in particular were great. We’d love to stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

We had a great stay in the apartment! It was exactly as described – clean, tidy, and very cozy. Everything we needed was available, and it was clear that the host had thoughtfully prepared the space for a comfortable stay. Mohammed’s place was in an excellent location. There is plenty to do nearby shopping, nice restaurants, and close to monuments. Mohammed was very helpful with check-in and showing me all of the details and how to use everything at the property. The place was clean, but not spotless. The property could use a professional deep clean. There were a few issues that came up, and Mohammed was quick to resolve them. So he was definitely a good host. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris, I had a lovely stay.

What a fantastic host and property- the location was excellent, the 14th truly is a village within Paris. Beatrice was so helpful and her little apartment was the perfect base for us as we enjoyed Paris.

Great apartment ideally located in a central but quiet neighborhood. metro station is literally in front of the gate so it's a very convenient as a base in Paris to get yourself anywhere. so the main selling point is its location. the place itself has everything you need for a short stay.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

My son and I were in town for two days to visit Versailles, and the convenience to the chateau was bar none. We were able to get on the bus and the N line with no trouble, and neither was crowded or had long wait times. The neighborhood has a lot of shops, and a cute farmers market on Saturday, which was fun to explore. The apartment was very clean, with wonderful air flow, so even though it was hot, we managed to stay cool. It was also VERY quiet, and had a lovely balcony that was so peaceful (we had breakfast there both mornings!) Overall, this place was a wonderful value for the convenience-if you’re planning a little Versailles getaway from the city, I definitely recommend staying here!

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

Great little apartment. Ideal for a short stay. Centrally located in the village. Not far from the sea. We felt very comfortable.

A wonderful stay! The place was spotlessly clean, very cozy and is fantastically quiet right by the nature reserve – perfect for unwinding. Isabelle is a warm, helpful host who greeted us kindly at check-in and provided us with many great tips. The communication was quick and easy at all times. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a small gym, a barbecue – all there! We were particularly pleased with two well-kept bicycles for tours in the area. In the lovingly designed information book, we found many recommendations for excursions, restaurants and attractions. We felt completely comfortable and enjoyed every minute. Merci, Isabelle – we will be happy to come back and highly recommend this accommodation!

We had a great time at Julie's place. The place is peaceful, the view from the accommodation is magnificent, the wellness services and Julie's recommendations are excellent. Thank you for the warm welcome, we'll be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Anne and David's, we came to spend a few days with our 9-month-old son, enjoy the dune and the sea nearby. In a baby carrier, everything is done even if it was a little hot on the climb! We were able to easily contact our hosts who were very responsive, and gave good advice. I would recommned this property.

My sister and I had a fantastic weekend, a super nice sweet house with all comforts, because of the beautiful weather we could sit outside in the garden. The dogs liked the enclosed garden very much. I'll definitely be back.
