extremely happy with our stay, the location is great close to metro and lovely neighborhood. Clement is a great host super responsive, with great recommendations for places to eat in the neighborhood, definitely recommend!

Staying at Iris’s apartment was a dream. The space is beautiful, full of character, great energy and perfectly located — it truly made us feel like we were living in Paris rather than just visiting. Every detail felt considered, from the furnishings to the thoughtful advice that made us feel instantly at home. The neighborhood is charming and walkable, with innumerable cafés, shops, museums and that irresistible Parisian atmosphere just outside the door. Iris was a gracious and responsive host, and we can’t wait to come back and stay longer next time. Highly recommend!

Alban was very responsive, friendly and offered helpful tips. His English is very good so it was easy to communicate with him. Initially, we found the lock a bit tricky, so be sure to test it out first. It is located up one flight of stairs, but Alban was more than willing to help carry our bags up. It was clean, beds were comfortable, sitting area was nice with some cool decorations. The 1 bedroom had blackout drapes. The 2 other beds are in the living room. 2 full baths (1 with a very nice shower.) The location was great and felt safe, walking distance to The Louvre, Notre Dame, The Siene, and many cafes. Alban let me keep my luggage in the unit while I toured on the last day, and then he carried my bag downstairs, waited with me for the Uber, which couldn't find the place, so he ran with me around corner to get a taxi. Over and above! Merci, Alban! I recommend and would return.

The accommodation, although small, is very functional and just as charming. he is also very well positioned in Paris and Thomas is very responsive to answer questions.

Serene and cosy apartment with a gorgeous view of the surrounding neighbourhood. It’s situated right in the middle of the city, with quick and easy access either on foot or via public transport around greater Paris. Emilien was a great host who was responsive and accommodating whenever we had questions! Would love to stay again upon our next visit.

Fantastic stay in the heart of Montmartre! We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment in Montmartre. It is exactly as in the pictures – clean, attractively decorated and equipped with every comfort. It immediately felt like home. The neighborhood and the surrounding area are buzzing with energy, with cozy streets full of food shops, bakeries, cafes and restaurants. On the Lime bikes, you can get where you want to go in no time, and they were ready everywhere nearby. A super fun and fast way to explore Paris. Julie responds quickly to questions and gave us great tips about the neighborhood. In short: this apartment is an absolute must for those who want to experience Paris!

Great place: • Exactly as on the pictures, clean and modern with great amenities. • 5 minutes from the metro and a total of less than 30 from Chatelêt. • Hélène was very kind and proactive - check in and out were smooth. Overall extremely pleasant, highly recommended!

Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

Very welcoming host, attentive, very good welcome. Gaëtan called us when we arrived at the accommodation. Very friendly. Always available. Very clean accommodation, smells very good and very spacious. The bedding is superb, the living room with the retro projector is really a real plus for a relaxing movie night. Two weeks in paradise! Maison UMI is a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its beauty, charm, and tranquility. The house is immaculate. A perfect mix of rustic elegance and modern comfort. Every room is bright, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully appointed, making it a peaceful place to unwind. The pool was a highlight. Pristine, sun soaked, and surrounded by idyllic countryside views. We spent hours floating and relaxing under the blue sky. In a huge secure garden which our mini dachshund enjoyed exploring safely. The location is superb: nestled in picturesque countryside, yet just a short drive from charming villages. With Shops and supermarkets also close by for anything you need. Our host, Sanouchka, was exceptional, warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful, making us feel more like guests in a friend’s home. Bonus delight: adorable geese at the end of the garden added a touch of whimsy. Maison UMI isn’t just a stay, it’s an unforgettable experience.

The place is located just a short walk from the historic center and train station. Laetitia and Alexandre were incredibly responsive and even offered helpful suggestions before I had the chance to ask. They recommended the best local restaurants and must-see attractions in Chartres, which made my visit really easy and enjoyable.

Lovely apartment and responsive host

Very good stay in Michael's typical Parisian apartment. Located at the foot of Montmartre, 2 minutes from the metro and a Monoprix, it is very well equipped and the bedding is good. Thank you for the bottle of wine and all the little touches! We recommend it!

A fantastic little apartment with everything you could need while exploring Reims and the Champagne area! We were extremely comfortable and loved the little balcony where we could enjoy meals while hearing the birdsong from the park. As we were travelling by motorcycle, having secure parking that wasn't visible from the street was especially appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

This is a great place for the money. Location is like movie place with garden of roses. Very secure , which was our key priority with kids. Nico was very responsive and shared lots of info. Even came to welcome us. Lots of food water and other things like spices. Oil , juices for kids were there for us to use. Thanks a lot Nico
