Monitored alarm, air-conditioning in the living room (cools the house), coffee machine, barbecue, garage for two cars, swimming pool, full backyard lawn. The house is 15 minutes from Beto Carreiro and 30 minutes from Balneário Camboriú. NOTE: Christmas departure on 12/26, New Year's entry on 12/27.
