Here you will find a mini apartment (18 square meters) with everything you need for a stay of a few days. Bed, kitchen and shower are open-plan and ensure that you do not feel confined, despite the few square meters. The toilet has its own door. Located on the 5th floor of a renovated old building in the popular Winsstraße, private entrance and rear view into the countryside (no elevator). We also live in the house and will be happy to help you with any questions or tips.

Close to the Grunewald and not far from the Olympic Stadium and the forest stage is this small basement apartment. Whether as accommodation for a Berlin trip or for concert or sports events, you have the perfect starting point from here. It only takes a 15-minute walk to get to the forest stage or the Olympic Stadium. The nearest S-Bahn station is 5 minutes away. Messe Berlin is also just 5 minutes away by car.
