Otherwise, plenty of space for smaller groups to spread out and enjoy with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & 2 kitchens. There is a good sized swimming pool or it's only a short stroll to the local beach. If you don't feel like cooking, walk down to the local bar for a steak and some beers or whatever else you fancy. Enjoy & relax on Magnetic Island.

Surrounded by native bush and wildlife you get to experience the real Maggie just 1.5km from the ferry terminal and a 3 minute walk to the bus stop. Fully air conditioned or enjoy the fresh air and wildlife sounds by utilizing the ceiling fans throughout. Share our large private pool with gorgeous tropical surrounds. Off street parking is available.

The house opens up to the kitchen, dining and lounge room, and then out to a huge back patio with views down to the river, park and playground. Outdoor furniture and bbque are provided. The kitchen has everything required. There is a flat screen television and DVD player in the lounge room. All of this area is air conditioned. Laundry has a top load washing machine. A great relaxing house with tranquil surroundings and abundant wildlife.

This unique and tranquil getaway is located alongside the butterfly rainforest. Enjoy interacting with the wildlife including koalas and wallabies in their natural environment. Only 300m to pubs, cafes, restaurants, bus, beach and some of the island’s most spectacular bushwalks. Your accommodation is ideally suited for 2. This newly built granny flat is attached to a garage at the rear of the block with its own private entrance.
