O alojamento estava impecavelmente limpo e com uma decoração confortável e acolhedora. A cesta de boas-vindas com produtos regionais foi um gesto muito atencioso por parte dos anfitriões. A casa tem um excelente isolamento acústico, o que proporciona um descanso tranquilo. Está muito bem equipada, com bastantes utensílios disponíveis. Recomendo vivamente este local e, sem dúvida, voltarei numa próxima oportunidade.

Apartment is beautiful, and the location is unbeatable. Absolutely the best location we could have asked for for a few days in the city. The host coordinated a taxi pickup for us after we checked in, which was much appreciated as we were unsure which taxi company to use (and there is no Uber on the island). Only feedback is that they use a management company and ask that you communicate via whats app for quicker response. Not a huge fan of communication outside of the Airbnb app, and response time can vary. The apartment was beautiful, in a great spot, and checkout was easy. Would stay there again.

Amazing two-bedroom apartment with huge patio, living room, great kitchen with coffee Nepresso machine. Good local amenities (jams, local pastries, biscuits) Great area just 5 min drive from Ponta Delgada downtown, 2min walk from a great beach with amazing waves for surfing. Fatima was a great host, attentive and helpful.

Claudio et sa famille nous ont accueilli très gentiment et avec générosité. l appartement propre avec tous les équipements nécessaires, quelques produits pour dépanner. Nous avions pratiquement de quoi prendre le petit déjeuner. la vue exceptionnelle sur la campagne et la mer.Ambiance bucolique. Propriété fermée pour se garer. Vous trouverez la maison de Claudio au bout d une impasse. Nous recommandons à 100%

Immaculate and great location in Furnas. Clean, comfortable apartment with well-appointed kitchen. The location was amazing just a block from Parque Terra Nostra. The Caldeiras are on the other side of town, a 10-15 minute walk. Ample street parking a short distance from the apartment. We found the washer/dryer useful. The best part for me was how quiet the penthouse was. It is on a main street, but the place is in the back of the building, and we never heard street noise or neighbors. This was my favorite place of the 3 we stayed at in Portugal, but it was my wife's second favorite, as it was smaller than the others and she found it a bit cramped.

A wonderful place to relax in the Azores! This is a family-run hotel, created with genuine love and attention to every detail. Everything is thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel truly at home. It's clear that the hosts genuinely care about the comfort of their visitors. The apartments are spacious, bright, spotless, and very well equipped. Located right by the ocean, they offer beautiful views. It’s a perfect base for exploring the island. A special thank-you to our host, Lev. He became our guide for two days — planned the routes himself, took us to the main sights and scenic viewpoints, and showed us hidden gems we would’ve never discovered on our own. The trips in his car were rich, engaging, and truly enjoyable — we had a great time together. It’s hard to imagine a better place to stay. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back! P.S. If you're planning to rent a car, don’t forget to bring your driver’s license! :)

I had a wonderful stay. The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was great with an amazing view the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. I truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free Airbnb experience!

Paulo was a very helpful host, giving us lots of recommendations of places to go to. The apartment was clean, tidy and organized. It was a great stay 🙂

The condo is beautiful and we enjoyed the deck and garden areas with the ocean view. The kitchen was well appointed and had what we needed for cooking and coffee. The beds were comfortable and I really liked the automatic shutters that blocked out light well for sleeping. The host was very easy to communicate with. Unfortunately the house next door is under construction and the noise was pretty loud starting at 8:30 am every day except Sunday. We spent most of the day time out of the house exploring but if there had been bad weather, the noise would have prevented us from relaxing/reading.

L'appartement est super bien situé et proche de tout. J'ai pu déposer mes bagages avant le temps ce qui a été grandement apprécié. Le lit double est très confortable, le lit simple moins. La terrasse est parfaite et l'air climatisé a été très utile pour enlever un peu d'humidité. Les seuls choses qui manque c'est dans la cuisine si vous voulez cuisiner à la maison. Un seul couteau multifonction, un couteau à main, une planche à découper, une seule guénille, un ouvre bouteille, des ustensiles et vaiselles. Pas de pellicule plastique, pas de papier aluminium, pas d'économe et juste deux plats plastiques pour les diner à emporter. Bref les tiroirs sont vides. Sinon tous est parfait.

We had a great time here! The view is amazing and the appartment is more then complete. Everything you need is available. The communication with Miguel was easy and he gave us all the information we needed for our stay. When we arrived there was enough food for the next day, what a great service! We can really recommend a stay here, you will never forget it!

Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben. Super Ausstattung, modern, sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zentral in der Innenstadt gelegen, aber trotzdem ruhig. Die Stadt kann man von dort aus gut zu Fuß erkunden. Da während unseres Urlaubs in der Stadt einige Feiertage und eine große kirchliche Prozession über mehrere Tag stattfand und viele Straßen gesperrt waren, war die Suche nach einem Parkplatz etwas schwierig. Unter "normalen" Umständen ist das Parken in der Nähe sicherlich kein Problem. In fußläufiger Nähe befinden sich auch einige Möglichkeiten zum Kauf von Lebensmitteln. Durch die Feiertage war es aber auch schwierig und zeitaufwendig am Tag unserer Ankunft ein paar Lebensmittel einzukaufen. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung viele gute Restaurants.

Nach vielen Jahren in denen ich Ferienwohnungen genutzt habe, ist diese Ferienwohnung besonders positiv aufgefallen. Die Eigentümer haben sich hier sehr viel Mühe gegeben die Liebe zum Detail entfalten zu lassen. Wir haben uns hier sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und müssen sagen dass es wirklich eins der besten Apartments war die wir je besuchen durften. Die Nutzung des Gartens war wirklich ein Traum und der Ausblick gigantisch. Ebenso außergewöhnlich war die Ausstattung des Apartments. Es war alles vorhanden was man zum kochen benötigt. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen sich selber ein Bild vor Ort zu machen und sich dieses Apartment zu buchen. An dieser Stelle noch mal herzlichen Dank an die Vermieter für Ihre außerordentlich großzügige Gastfreundschaft.

We've just returned from a week at Vila Alegre and loved it! It is a real gem, and Antonio and Maggie are wonderful hosts. The place was easy to find, and it is just as lovely as in the photos. We were greeted by Antonio and Maggie who showed us around and explained how everything worked and where to find things. They had thoughtfully provided a welcome basket of local produce to get us started, and we enjoyed these goodies. They were also happy to provide information and tips on places to visit. The apartment is well equipped and furnished in a comfortable, homely style. The highlight has to be the garden room! It is so relaxing to sit there gazing out over the magnificent garden and listening to the birds. The garden is truly amazing - it is huge, and so well maintained - it is clearly Antonio's passion, and we felt very lucky to share it for a few days. We hired a car for the duration of our stay, and I would say that you do need a car when staying here. We would love to return.

Der Kontakt mit Mario war freundlich und unkompliziert, er hat sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Der Check-in war problemlos, man konnte über eine App die Haus- und Wohnungstür elektronisch öffnen. In der Wohnung waren dann die Schlüssel. Die Wohnung an sich war sauber und wie auf den Fotos beschrieben (Wohnung war sogar größer als wir gedacht hatten). Das Doppelbett war relativ hart, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Das zweite Schlafzimmer haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend, hier und da hätte man es aber erweitern können (1-2 weitere Handtücher, mehr kleine Löffel, Tabs für die Spülmaschine, ein Tischchen für den Balkon). Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten, sonst war alles super. Die Lage ist ganz gut, man hat vor dem Haus und an der Straße viele Parkplätze, so dass man immer einen freien Parkplatz finden konnte. Bis zum Hafen und bis in die Stadt musste man ca. 20 Minuten laufen. Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock, es ist aber ein Fahrstuhl vorhanden.

Beautiful location. Sea view. Big sliding glass doors and wonderful black out blinds. Brilliant shower. Gualter and his wife were perfect hosts, helping with local convenient car hire and taxi too. Always there to help make the trip smooth and special. Great hosts, great apartment, great location. There are sea water swimming pools within 5 minutes walk! We loved this.

Impecável, estrutura muito bem projetada. Decoração linda, vista maravilhosa do jardim e privilégio de ver os aviões decolando pela proximidade do aeroporto. Proprietário muito educado, e Sofia muito solicita com as nossas necessidades. Proporcionaram um Check in flexível que foi um grande diferencial. Todos os utensílios de cozinhas disponíveis pra todas as necessidades. Amei e super recomendo.

Tolles und gemütliches Apartment. Man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause und der Garten ist einfach traumhaft. wir wurden von Alex äußerst freundlich empfangen. Er hat uns gleich durch den gesamten Garten geführt. Unbedingt das angrenzende Restaurant ausprobieren, ausgezeichnetes Essen und toller Service. Vielen Dank :)

André was very helpful from beginning to the end of our stay. Always available if any help or advice was needed. Extremely friendly in communication and checking in with us during our stay to make sure all was okay. Amazing experience and great location. The hot tub was exactly what we needed at the end of an adventurous day! I recommend to anybody looking for a great experience and central location while in Sao Miguel!

Really can’t say enough positive things about this spot. Excellent location right in the heart of Ponta Delgada, walkable to everything. Clean, modern, well lit space with all the amenities, even a curated wine selection. Honestly one of the nicest AirBNBs I’ve ever stayed in and perfect for our family of 5’s stay on Sao Miguel.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Unterkunft in Ponta Delgada! Der Whirlpool war ein absolutes Highlight – nach einem langen Tag voller Erkundungen der Insel konnten wir hier perfekt entspannen und dabei die atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer und die umliegende Landschaft genießen. Die Lage des Hauses war ideal: ruhig und dennoch gut erreichbar. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an willkommen, da die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Sie gaben uns viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders gefallen hat uns die große Terrasse, auf der wir morgens unseren Kaffee trinken und abends den Sonnenuntergang bewundern konnten. Wir können dieses Airbnb wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir das nächste Mal auf den Azoren sind!
