Το σπίτι εσωτερικά ήταν πολύ ωραίο όπως δείχνουν οι φωτογραφίες και ήταν πολύ καθαρό . Το σπίτι είναι λειτουργικό και ιδανικό για οικογενεία .Η κουζίνα διαθέτει όλα τα σκεύη για να μαγειρέψει κανείς .Το σπίτι μας περίμενε με όλες τις επιλογές καφέ και το ψυγείο γεμάτο φρούτα , κρασί και αναψυκτικά . Απο την αυλή του σπιτιού προσφέρεται μοναδική θέα του Ιονίου Πελάγους , φροντίζαμε κατα την διάρκεια του ηλιοβασιλέματος να είμαστε εκεί για να μην χάσουμε αυτήν την μαγική εικόνα. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται κοντά στην παραλία καναλίου και πολύ κοντά με όλες τις άλλες καπληκτικές παραλίες της περιοχής . Η τοποθεσία της οικείας χαρακρηρίζεται στρατηγική για τις εξορμήσεις της ευρύτερης περιοχής . Τέλος , οι οικοδεσπότες μας , όσο και να έψαξα δεν υπάρχουν λόγια ώστε να μεταφέρω την ζεστασιά και την αγάπη που λάβαμε απο αυτούς τους ανθρώπους . Très contents de notre location. Nous étions 5 : un couple avec nos 3 enfants de 14-12 et 5 ans. Belle maison, très confortable, terrasse très agréable. Il faisait très chaud en août à l’extérieur et la maison est parfaitement climatisée, ce qui était vital. Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de climatisation dans la 3eme chambre n’était pas un problème, nous avons laissé les portes des autres chambres ouvertes et notre fils a très bien dormi ! Jardin magnifique et la proximité avec la plage déserte à 100m était extraordinaire ! Un supermarché à 5min en voiture qui était toujours ouvert, nous a simplifié les courses du quotidien. Seul souci à signaler, avec internet, qui ne fonctionnait pas bien mais je ne sais pas si c’était exceptionnel ou propre à la région. Je n’ai averti Maria de ce problème qu’en partant et elle a dit qu’elle aurait pu appeler un technicien si on l’avait prévenue. Donc ce souci est sûrement réparable. Je recommande cette location.

Con la mia famiglia siamo stati ospiti di Antonios per quasi una settimana, ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra, la disponibilità è stata completa e poi Antonios è una persona molto preparata su tanti argomenti, infatti ci ha fatto un briefing completo di proiezione video con slide su moltissimi posti da visitare. L'alloggio è perfettamente posizionato per raggiungere tutte le spiagge più belle, inoltre è confortevole dotato di tutto e anche di ampio terrazzino con uno splendido prato davanti. Ringrazio Antonios e la sua bella famiglia per i bei giorni trascorsi, consiglio a tutti gli amanti della Grecia in cerca di un alloggio di contattare Antonios.

Everything was great, we loved the house and the patio with the garden. We had everything we needed for our stay, including some welcoming gifts from our host. The location is a bit far from the beach, but this wasn’t a problem for us as we had the car to move around and explore the area. There are many beautiful beaches nearby and also good restaurants with great food. We highly recommend the house to anyone looking for some peace and quiet!

Βεβαίως! Ακολουθεί μια προτεινόμενη κριτική για το Airbnb σπίτι, βασισμένη στα στοιχεία που έδωσες: --- Περάσαμε ένα υπέροχο τριήμερο στο σπίτι! Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική – πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα και ταυτόχρονα ήσυχη, ιδανική για χαλάρωση. Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό και ακριβώς όπως στημ περιγραφή. Ιδιαίτερα απολαύσαμε την υπέροχη ψησταριά στον εξωτερικό χώρο, ιδανική για μπάρμπεκιου. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ φιλικός, με εξαιρετική επικοινωνία και ευελιξία στο check-in και check-out. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε!

Υπέροχη θέα με ηλιοβασίλεμα σαν της Σαντορίνης, ευρύχωρο, καθαρό,πολύ καλή τοποθεσία αν θέλεις να επισκεφθείς όλη την γύρω περιοχή από Πρέβεζα μέχρι Πάργα, πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής, θα το συνιστούσα.

Fabulous! The apartment is spacious, extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. You walk up the path to the villa among beautiful trees, jasmine, mandevilla plants in full bloom and it was a delight to see. Lampros was very charming, met us and showed us around the apartment and we settled in straight away. The front terrace is stunning with views of the sea and a perfect place to chill and relax. The apartment is a short walk to the beautiful beach, bars and restaurants and there is a supermarket, bakery very close by. It was perfect base to explore the area and there is so much to see and do. We loved our visit to the monastery of Zalongo; Arta, Preveza and Parga; all within easy reach. We enjoyed a delicious evening meal at the closest restaurant Aiolos and the meal at The Fish Restaurant (basically dining on the terrace of a family home) was amazing and the family were so friendly. Our favourite meal was lunch at ll Mindo di Mare in Preveza. Villa Avocado 5 stars ❤️?

We hebben het huisje makkelijk gevonden en konden makkelijk binnen. De gastvrouw reageerde snel op onze vragen en we voelden ons snel thuis. De auto kan je heel makkelijk parkeren onder een luifel naast het huis. Het is een heel fijne, aangename plek, rustig gelegen en met de zee vlakbij. Een absolute troef vonden we de tuin en het heerlijke, ruime terras met prachtige beplanting.
