Amazing person. The communication was absolutely great. He is very helpful and kind and nice. He always met any request when you didn't see him in person. When my son is my brother and our big dog. By the way, it's an amazing apartment for 3 people and maybe even with a big dog. Great, thank you very much, I will definitely stop by next time we come to Milan. A really modern and spacious apartment with top end fixtures and fittings. Good size bedrooms and very comfy beds and lovely modern bathrooms with large showers. Very safe neighbourhood and great for walking to the exhibition centre where we were working but Metro link just around the corner. Great to have a decent supermarket right next door (literally). Our only gripes were the lack of sun in the outside spaces which were dark and shaded by upper floors and a lot of noise from early on coming from renovation project next door but no fault of Michele’s. Altogether a great place to stay.

The accommodation is super well-equipped, very clean, spacious and pleasant It is easily accessible (different metro stations nearby) and opposite a supermarket. The kitchen is super nice and functional. The only negative point would be the noise for this apartment on the first floor of a building that overlooks a busy road. Earplugs recommended.

Well-kept loft and super recommended host. Massimo was available from the first moment. I couldn't get into the house because of a misunderstanding, and Massimo was available even late in the evening. Highly recommended accommodation and host!

It was wonderful to stay in this beautiful, authentic and stylish apartment, which perfectly reflects the Italian culture and the refined taste of the owner. We were really happy to wake up surrounded by nature, accompanied by the song of birds. Opening the windows and seeing the trees, the evocative atmosphere of the Ligurian mountain and, above all, the sea… was simply enchanting. The apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped: we found everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It is also in a fantastic location, not only for the beautiful view, but also because it is very close to the train station and bus stops. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a quiet stay in a cozy house and want to discover the area during the vacation. There are many possibilities: trekking, visits to wonderful places such as the Cinque Terre and Portofino. Thank you Isabell

A very well equipped apartment in the atmospheric heart if Genoa's old town. It was very clean and comfortable and easy walking distance from key tourist sights such as the cathedral, palaces and the old port, as well as the main railway station. The view from the roof terrace is fantastic! Communications and check-in were responsive and friendly. Highly recommended.

elena is a great host! friendly, responsive & provided helpful recommendations for restaurants and nearby skiing. there is convenient parking in front of the home. the accommodation is very spacious and only 5 minutes away from town. it was a great base for skiing in cervinia - warm and cozy to come back to after a long day. highly recommended!

We would like to come back for a longer stay

the house is beautiful, authentic, modern and well maintained. Unfortunately, there is no Wi-Fi, but this is already in the description and therefore was no surprise. We felt very comfortable and cooked every day, which the apartment's facilities also allow. The two bedrooms face the garden and are very quiet. To get to the small bedroom with a single bed and adjoining bathroom, you have to go through the large bedroom. Thanks to the 2nd bathroom on the ground floor, you don't have to disturb the guest in the single room if you have to go to the bathroom at night. Since we were there as a family - dad, mom, child - it didn't bother us at all. The most beautiful thing is the terrace with the garden. We sat almost exclusively outside. I highly recommend Elena as a host, as well as her beautiful house. Meina is very little touristy and authentically Italian. The people we met live and work and were always very friendly. In short: SATISFIED

Daniela was a great host. Her house was beautiful and very clean. The pool was perfect, cleaned every night by a crew. the views were breath taking. It was great for a family of 10 with 4 children. Lots of space. The only issue was about the security deposit of 400 euros, I was not aware of it until I arrived. I would have been more prepared considering it was our last stop in Italy. But overall an excellent property and host. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Top Notch. Everything was as advertised. Perfect location for our golf and touring needs. Anna provided a fantastic information package which we used on a daily basis to formulate our travel plans. Her English was great and she was always available to answer questions or help in any way.

The place was cozy, the owner was responsive. The apartment is clean, all modern appliances are present. Special thanks for the delicious treats. Leonardo quickly answered all the questions. The disadvantage is that it is far from the center, but there is convenient transport - a tram that goes to the very center.

The property is very centrally located. The lake, great restaurants and cafés are just a few minutes' walk away. You can explore the surroundings on foot or drive to neighboring towns in a few minutes. We were there with a baby, and that also worked wonderfully in the accommodation. There is an elevator, but it is very small. Therefore, you can either leave the stroller folded in the hallway (or carry it up the few steps and place it in the apartment). Top: modern equipment, air conditioning, washing machine for emergencies, many and large closets, in which you can store everything super and so can fully use the small size of the apartment. The location is really great! If you have difficulties with the garage like we did (Mercedes B Class in relation to the narrow garage was problematic), there are some free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. Alessandro and his wife were very nice hosts.

The stay was excellent! Everything was as listed and the place stayed nice and cold with the AC. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay with Giovanni and Aleksandra. Everything was very good, from start to finish. Possible errors were pointed out and corrected as early as the booking stage. Everything went really smoothly, they responded quickly and helped with any questions. Sandra was already waiting for us on site and then warmly welcomed us into the apartment with many sweet, small attentions. About the apartment: Small but nice. Clean, bright and nice and cool (thanks to the air conditioning). Not to be forgotten is the balcony with the wonderful view of Lake Maggiore. The direct connection to the lake is really convincing. 5 min. walk to a free meadow directly on the lake. Every evening, we jumped into the sea and then cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. Sandra was available to us for many more tips. We had a great stay and enjoyed the vacation very much!!
