Monica welcomed us very warmly! Nice cottage well decorated and very clean, pleasant garden, well equipped for children. Close (by car) to the beaches, 15 minutes to Gijon and Luanco. The immediate surroundings are noisy (expressway close to the house, neighbors' dogs bark) and quite agricultural. The nearest beach is cute and can be reached in 25 minutes on foot.

Fernando’s place was nothing short of beautiful. Perfectly located right in town, it’s surrounded by stunning architecture and charming streets that give you an authentic taste of Spain. The building itself is an older, well-preserved structure that reminds guests of the city’s rich history and timeless charm. Inside, the apartment was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the natural light, the cozy furnishings, and the peaceful ambiance despite being in the heart of town. Fernando was a responsive and welcoming host, making check-in easy and offering great recommendations for local food and sights. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We LOVED Paola’s chalet in Salinas ! It was perfect for our family of 2 grandparents, 3 grandchildren and our son and daughter and their spouses. The fenced in yard with the patio furniture was great to enjoy the outdoors in the sun. We mostly ate out and brought takeout, but the kitchen had 2 coffee makers, toaster, oven, microwave and lots of cookware. There is even an Outdoor BBQ and gas stove for paella, though we didn’t use. The bathrooms are modern and comfortable. The beds are comfortable with black out blinds to sleep in. We had a great experience and We hope we can there stay again. Gracias Paola !

Unbeatable. The friendliness of the host, the service , the reception when we arrive late after a long trip, dinner, breakfast … the house in general, facilities, materials, finishes . It's all beautiful and very well cared for. They make you feel at home and also in a beautiful setting. Very surprised in the best of the way. Thank you so much!

Great place for large groups. We had 13 people at the house very well. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen and the living room are large. The outdoor areas are huge, with two doormen, a bbq area. Beatriz is very attentive and you can count on her for whatever you need

The Casería de Valeri is located in a spectacular natural setting overlooking the Valdedios Valley. We thought it was an ideal place to make plans with the little ones because of the proximity to some places and the magnificent garden where they could play freely (the village is quiet and without traffic). The house is perfectly equipped, especially the kitchen. We loved the bedrooms and bathrooms with those comfortable showers and all the details we found during the stay. The dining room and living room are spacious and everything is tastefully decorated. Thank you for making it so special, we will definitely be back!

We had a great time, the house was just what we were looking for our vacation. It is located in a very quiet village, but with many options to visit several points of interest in less than an hour by car. The house is very spacious, furnished as shown in the photos and for cooking there is everything you need. From the balcony and the first floor there are beautiful views of the sea. We usually travel with our dogs, so it is very important for us that there is a garden. In this case, there is a large garden with grass, which the dogs (two greyhounds) have enjoyed to the fullest. The garden is fenced with a hedge, in which there were a couple of holes where the dogs can get out if they have a reason (like a cat). That's why we prefer to always go out with them, so they can play and run, but under supervision. It wasn't much of a nuisance, but if you go with dogs, you have to take it into account. Finally, communication with Fatima and Carmen was great and without problems.

The house is amazing, with all the essentials you need. It is located in an incredible place surrounded by mountains and tranquility. The hostess has been super attentive to what we needed at all times and to make us feel comfortable in the house. Everything is a 10. We will definitely repeat!!!!

Viktor's house is very good option if you want to go in a group and be able to enjoy moments of tranquility. Equally, if you want to make tourism. you are less than 20mins from the center of gijon. Highly recommended!! Viktor had us prepared a great variation of things for breakfast also you had oil, salt and spices to cook at home. We had a great time.

A wonderful house to enjoy a magnificent city. Very close to the beach and the center but in a quiet area to enjoy with the family if you want to be relaxed. With a nice terrace in the garden and everything very spacious and cozy. In the house you have everything you may need and you can go for a dip in the sea without having to go through the center. The city, the super nice people and the food. The historic center is very beautiful and has a good atmosphere.

I had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Airbnb nestled in the beautiful mountains of Asturias, and I cannot recommend it enough! The house was immaculate — everything was spotless and perfectly maintained. It’s clear the host takes great pride in ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. The location itself was breathtaking. Surrounded by lush greenery and stunning mountain views, it was the perfect escape for relaxation and reconnecting with nature. Whether enjoying the serene landscape from the cozy patio or exploring nearby trails, every moment felt magical. What truly made the stay special was the host's exceptional hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for. They were attentive, friendly, and always available for any questions or needs. Their thoughtful touches, like providing local recommendations and ensuring I was comfortable, really set this experience apart.

Everything was great! Communication with Yara at all times was very good, she left us some instructions and a sheet of recommendations of activities and gastronomic points of interest. Careful to fix any issues that arise. The house is beautiful and the surroundings are great. Max was able to enjoy and run around the grass. To be repeated, without a doubt!

Absolutely excellent at everything!! Dave was a Super Host, helpful at all times, and flexible on everything. The house is amazing, very large and usable, it is taken care of and the garden is a brutal point. It is a few minutes away by car from downtown, residential location and very quiet. Maria is a very friendly and welcoming person. A discovery basket of local specialties was waiting for us upon arrival. Maria is flexible and very available. The accommodation is VERY well equipped and very clean. Everything is there to facilitate your stay.

The house was wonderful, with all the comforts, very clean, very equipped, very comfortable. Nestor has been super attentive and very attentive to everything, he has given us flexibility at the entrance and at the exit. It has done us several favors that we needed for personal family issues. The house is very close to Gijon, the beaches and the beautiful villages of Asturias (cudillero, letres, luarca, lanes, cangas de Onis) 100% recommended.

A lovely place. The house, spread over three levels is great for a long season. In the lower area a fully equipped carport, social and games room in which you have an expansion area to play with the little ones.... A full bathroom and laundry On the ground floor, an impeccable, comfortable living room with all kinds of utilities (Google Home, Netflix...), a kitchen in which there is no missing element (including fruit and coffee...) three bedrooms (two double and one double single) and a full bathroom. All clean and organized and with a nice decoration. The icing on a lovely porch with BBQ and grasshopper.... Upstairs double bedroom and attic with two twin beds. Brooch a heated salt pool that plays a lot You add to a host who turns into making things easier for you.... and you have a dream site in which a 4 day bridge falls short. I'll be back, for more time...
