Quiet air-conditioned apartment in Provence

Appartement indépendant climatisé refait à neuf au bas d'un pavillon composé d'une chambre avec salle de bain, WC et machine à laver. La cuisine est entièrement équipée - frigo/ congél/ four/ machine à café. Le salon donne sur une véranda très agréable et un petit jardin permettant de s'installer autour d'un bon barbecue. Stationnement devant la maison, places toujours disponibles. Accès à la piscine hors sol et jacuzzi à partager (été - juillet-août). Location estivale de samedi à samedi.

Il se situe à l'arrière de notre propriété, dans laquelle vous pourrez aisément garer votre véhicule (parking fermé). Pour le couchage vous disposez d’un lit en 160x200 sur la mezzanine et un canapé convertible en 140x190 dans le séjour. Les draps sont fournis ainsi que les serviettes de toilette.

L'entrée de la kitchenette se fait par l'extérieur, env. à une 10aine de mètres depuis la terrasse de la chambre ; elle est equipée de plaques de cuisson à gaz, un frigo, un four à micro-ondes, cafetière Nespresso, une bouilloire et un grille pain. Linge de lit et serviettes fournis. Accès libre à la piscine familiale.
