Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

The Elbradweg leads right past the house and the stop of tram line 9, which can be reached in 10 minutes old town, Semperoper etc., is right behind the house. The traditional restaurant Ballhaus Watzke and many other restaurants and beer gardens are in the neighborhood, as are Aldi, Rewe, DM...

With the provided 26 and 28 bicycles you can reach the city center in approx. 15 minutes, whereby you can ride a large part of the route directly along the Elbe on the Elbe Cycle Path.

Wer also dem Großstadt Trubel gern ein wenig entflieht und dennoch schnell im Zentrum sein möchte ist gern zum Verweilen eingeladen.
