KOKO 1 - perfect for family's

Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

Situated on the top floor, this means that you will not have any neighbours disturbing you. With a supermarket just around the corner, and a lovely cafe right by the hospital, you can get everything you need by staying here. Please note that this building has no elevator.

From the bedroom and the balcony you have a view of the Elbe, which here makes a wide arc around the Ostragehe. The double bed in the bedroom measures 180 x 200 cm. The kitchen is integrated in the living room. There is also a dining table, a sofa bed and a television armchair.
