You will sleep in a wonderfully large bed (160 cm x 200 cm) or on a comfortable box spring couch (160 cm x 200 cm permanent sleeper). You can end the day with a glass of wine on your balcony. A private parking space in the backyard is included with the apartment. Trachenberger Platz is the center of the Pieschen district with a supermarket, kebab shop, bakery, butcher, etc.

It is about 65 square meters and consists of two separate rooms (living room and bedroom) and a spacious kitchen with balcony. The apartment is located in a quiet side street, but the beautiful shops, bars and cafes of Dresden Neustadt are all within walking distance. Parking is free of charge in the streets around the house, but the connection to public transport is also very good.

Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

The kitchen is integrated in the living room. There is also a dining table, a sofa bed and a television armchair.
