Wir laden euch ein in unseren gemütlichen Rückzugsort, die Oase der Ruhe inmitten der Stadt. Stilvoller Industrial trifft Jungle, Neu begrüßt Alt. Eure Unterkunft befindet sich Nahe der Elbe in einem Hinterhaus mit blumig mediterranem Außenbereich. Die Innenstadt ist mit der Straßenbahn in 15min zu erreichen, die Neustadt in 10min. Wer also dem Großstadt Trubel gern ein wenig entflieht und dennoch schnell im Zentrum sein möchte ist Hier gern zum Verweilen eingeladen. Wir freuen uns auf euch :)

You will be staying in a two-room apartment with one bedroom, a living room, and a new kitchen with a dishwasher. You will sleep in a wonderfully large bed (160 cm x 200 cm) or on a comfortable box spring couch (160 cm x 200 cm permanent sleeper). You can end the day with a glass of wine on your balcony. A private parking space in the backyard is included with the apartment. Trachenberger Platz is the center of the Pieschen district with a supermarket, kebab shop, bakery, butcher, etc.

Small but nice: cozy sandstone vaulted cellar (approx. 20 m²) with internal bathroom (toilet/shower) in an apartment building. Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. Shared terrace with fireplace grill can be used by arrangement. Play options: table tennis and trampoline

Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

The cozy one-room apartment is located on the raised ground floor of a beautifully renovated, listed old building, with a magnificent Elbe view in a quiet location not far from the center. The Elbradweg leads right past the house and the stop of tram line 9, which can be reached in 10 minutes old town, Semperoper etc., is right behind the house. The apartment is located on the second floor (bel étage) in an old building from 1905, which has been lovingly and stylishly restored. All rooms are spacious. From the bedroom and the balcony you have a view of the Elbe, which here makes a wide arc around the Ostragehe. The double bed in the bedroom measures 180 x 200 cm. The kitchen is integrated in the living room. There is also a dining table, a sofa bed and a television armchair.

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.
