La mer se situe à 30 minutes et à 20mn de la rivière en voiture. Vous pourrez emprunter les sentiers de randonnée, profitez toute l’année du snack bar «  Chez Mado » ainsi que la Pizzeria « chez Paul ». Des fêtes ont lieu pendant la saison. Idéal pour 2 à Max 4 pers , la maison est tout équipée.

The studio is located on the ground floor of a character house in the village of Linguizzetta, due to its position it offers a breathtaking view of a panorama from the mountain to the sea with the island of Monte Cristo in front, The village is 380 m above sea level and 12 km from the sea and shops. a kitchenette area and a shower room complete this 16 m2 studio. Outside, there's a porch with a table and a garden with armchairs.

It is composed as: Living room/kitchen including a 160 cm convertible - Bathroom/WC Covered terrace - Air conditioning - Washing machine shared with the other apartment in the outdoor laundry room, adjoining the studio's terrace. The electrical installation of this accommodation does not allow the charging of electric vehicles.
