A wonderful vacation in Liguria and we can only thank Cinzia and Gerardo, two truly exceptional hosts! Exquisite people, always smiling, welcoming and of a rare kindness. They made us feel right at home, with valuable tips on what to visit and where to eat. The house is in a fantastic location, with a breathtaking sea view. The garden is spacious, well-kept and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The location is strategic: just 5 minutes from some of the most beautiful places in Liguria such as Varigotti, Noli and Finalborgo. It was an experience that we will carry in our hearts. We were guests in the Walter apartment for 8 days. We were very happy with the large apartment very satisfied. Everything that is needed is available. Finalborgo, which has a very beautiful old town, can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. The way home takes a little longer, as the last 300 m runs over a somewhat steeper climb. We arrived with the mountain bikes. There was a lockable room. I was also able to charge my e-bike there without any problems. The landlords were very friendly. I can fully recommend the apartment. It was perfect place to stay for our family to have a bike and beach trip. The sandy beach is just across the street and bike rental is possible nearby if the post is open for the season. Wonderful beachside restaurants and sunset aperitivo. Thanks, Gianluca!

Nice recently renovated accommodation (the bathrooms are new), in a quiet residential complex but close to the sea, without particular climbs on foot and with an elevator. It consists of two double bedrooms, large living room (also with sofa bed), kitchenette and double bathrooms. Parking space and garage. Fully equipped, with impeccable cleanliness, new bed linen. Elasticity on check-in/check-out, great communication with the host. Tested at Easter, but for summer vacations, a parking space included is a manna. I recommend it without hesitation.

We booked this place one day in advance and the place and location exceeded our expectations. Magnificent view, good location - 10 minutes to the beach and to the restaurants. The whole apartment was spotless and very good equipped. Highly recommend.

Spacious and clean apartment, just a few minutes' walk from the waterfront and the center of Pietra Ligure. We stayed for a few days, but it is definitely a structure suitable for extended stays. Excellent level of cleanliness. Ilaria and Alessandro were very welcoming and attentive hosts, responsive in responding to our every request.

We are guests at Maddalena and Riccardo's place x 2 days, and I have to say that it was like being at home!! Everything is very clean, nothing is missing!! From coffee to detergent x wash!! Games x free time! We really felt at home, my little girl said so too! Thank you also for your availability, always ready to respond! Surely if we come back to the area we will stay with you! We were really impressed by the kindness and availability that welcomed us upon arrival, the lady is really very kind; the house is perfect for our family, clean, very comfortable with the piece of garden to make the most of. In 10/15 min walk you can get downtown, we had a really good time, we'll be back

We have been visiting the Finale/Varigotti area for many years and we had never found a little house with a window in front of the sea. In fact, everything in Varigotti we have always found houses with prices inaccessible for us, so this time there was a miracle. Sleeping and waking up to the sound of the waves, with our favorite focaccia under the house, it didn't seem true. The house was simply perfect as a location and very cozy. Check-in was very easy... leaving was very difficult, we would have stayed another two weeks:)

We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Coiri. Nicola was a perfect host, very friendly and welcoming. The house is great, we felt right at home. Nicola sent us all the information and recommendations for the area beforehand. After our arrival he even gave us delicious food for breakfast. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Elena is a very pleasant Host. She is super helpful and friendly. He also recommended where to dine and showed us a bit of the strategic points of the area. The home is fully stocked. Elena even offers intimate towels for women. In the morning we also received warm and fresh croissants, and we had everything available for breakfast. The view from the apartment is spectacular and when we went we didn't even pass too many cars that bump the atmosphere. Unfortunately, we did not use the pool because it is still a maintenance period, but we saw it and it is very nice. The garage is spacious and close to the apartment. Included in the spaces there is a very large terrace, cozy and equipped with loungers, shade or sun, preferably, barbecue and table with chairs. Really beautiful stay!! The only downside, not for us, if you don't like long walks, in the surroundings, you can't walk to the places as a first necessity

Excellent location! Really a delightful place with excellent services! Very clean apartment, with sea view and terrace with barbecue. It's a true paradise for children, they've really thought of everything to make them happy. Our four-legged friend Lemmy also enjoyed the garden. Really exceptional experience, we will definitely be back!

The apartment is beautifully located on the slope above Bergeggi and offers a fantastic view of the sea – a real highlight! The place was very clean and the kitchen well equipped, so nothing was missing. The balcony seems bigger in the photos than it is. Nevertheless, we had enough space to eat outside and enjoy the view of the sea. The communication with the hosts was great – friendly, fast and straightforward. Only small downside: the house is a little clairvoyant. Nevertheless, we felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Place for people enjoying sea, mountains and italian style of holidays. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Nice balcony, and reserved parking spot. Also small swimming pool at the roof. We were there for the second time (first time 3 years ago), so you can see that the place is not brand new, but still in a good shape. We can recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo. Started our vacation here with a few days and it was just right for us. A very pretty place, both Piazza and Mondovì. You can walk down comfortably and take the special train or the bus back up. The apartment is in the middle of the village, parking is still no problem. The two of us had plenty of space and everything we needed. The terrace is a bit sober, but the garden you walk around the house is spectacular. You could just spend the day looking into the countryside and using the pool every now and then, which we had all to ourselves. Carlo was very straightforward and friendly, communication was fabulously responsive and easy.

Very pleasant stay! Federico was very responsive and accessible throughout our stay, responding to our messages quickly and with a lot of kindness. The accommodation was perfect: well located, spacious, and very well equipped. It really felt like a home away from home! I highly recommend this host and this place for a great stay!
