The house is on three levels: on the ground floor, there is space for bicycles and scooters, a laundry room and a small bathroom; on the first floor, a veranda with barbecue, kitchen, dining room, main bathroom and living room/third bedroom; on the second floor, two bedrooms with independent air conditioning.

It is located in the centre of Calci, in Val Graziosa and is easily reached both by car and motorcycle.
