Welcome to a farm with authentic charm. You will be staying in the historic room of our 18th century farmhouse. It has been completely renovated and transformed into an independent studio, while maintaining the character of the old: floor tiles, beams. With its bathroom (and toilet), kitchen area and independent entrance, you will be independent while being able to enjoy the enclosed garden of 14,000 m² and the non-private heated pool (May - September).

Need a break for two? Head to Burgundy, 1.5 hours from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge your batteries in the countryside. A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. We will be happy to host you "next door", for a stay in the countryside, surrounded by our animals, in a quiet area, in a small hamlet. This old, newly renovated barn is ideally located, about 1 hour from Paris, between the two A19 and A6 highway exits and 15 minutes from Sens train station. Come and enjoy a breath of fresh air in the heart of nature with all the comforts for a perfect stay.

The 70 m2 apartment is located on the 1st floor in a restored 19th century Longère. It has private access and parking, a garden area of more than 1200 m2, fully enclosed to relax and take "Time" At the gates of Burgundy and Gatinais, 1 hour from Paris and 10 minutes from the A6 and A19 exit of Courtenay. Our accommodation can accommodate up to 3 people, is equipped with all the comforts.
