House near Rome with Beautiful Views and Pool

The house and pool (available June to September) are both for the exclusive use of the guests. There are no shared spaces or amenities. The house is situated in the small hamlet of Moretto, two miles below Piglio – famous for its Cesanese wine. It is set in a mountain-side olive grove, near the foot of Mount Scalambra, with beautiful sweeping views. Guests are looked after by our lovely neighbours, Ivana and Luigi. They only speak Italian, so if you need help, text me and I'll help translate!

Beautiful recently renovated historic house with a splendid view of the mountains of the Roveto Valley. Spread over three levels, it has a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a living room at the entrance (with a sofa bed). A few meters away, there are free parking lots, usually free. Supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants within walking distance and located within 700 meters. 30 m from the important historical site of the Emissary Claudio Torlonia.

Ideal place to relax surrounded by nature, for long walks and cycling, horseback riding, visits to the hermitages. A few kilometers away: Sora, the enchanting waterfall of Isola del Liri, Lake Posta Fibreno, Zompo il Schioppo nature reserve, Sponga Park, the castle of Balsorano, the tunnels of Claudio and Alba Fucens.

Holiday Home of about 40 square meters consisting of: living room with kitchenette, bedroom with double bed and bathroom, with the possibility to add a second bed in the living area. Central area a few steps from all services (supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants) 5 minutes walk to the beach, 5 km from Leonardo Da Vinci international airport and 30Km from the historical center of Rome. Best pastry and coffee shop in town is right next door.
