Proche de Montpellier et à 20 mn de la plage des Aresquiers, notre charmante maison calme, fonctionnelle et originale de 90 m2 se trouve au coeur du village. Elle offre 2 chambres (18m2 et 12m2) climatisées avec lits en 160x200, deux salles de bains avec WC, un espace bureau, un salon cosy, une cuisine/salle-à-manger et une buanderie/rangement où vous pourrez entreposer 2-roues, valises etc. Le logement est proche d'un grand parc aux arbres centenaires et des commerces se trouvent à proximité.

Enjoy this cozy, pleasant accommodation, located in the heart of the village in a quiet area close to shops. This two-storey accommodation has been renovated, it offers on the ground floor a separate toilet, a shower room and a sofa bed (140 x 200) with wardrobe. On the 1st floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a sofa (non-convertible) with TV and a small terrace, on the 2nd floor we have a large air-conditioned bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed, wardrobe and sink.

Welcome to the "Jardin des Oliviers", a haven of peace 10 minutes from Montpellier and 20 minutes from the sea. Your independent accommodation is at the end of the house. The latter, on one level, is surrounded by a park of 2 hectares, and inhabited by the owners. It includes a kitchen, private terrace, garden furniture, 1 bedroom and a living room, which serves as a bedroom (see plan). Each room has a private bathroom and toilet. The pool (6 x 12 m) is shared with the owners.

Between sea, vineyards and scrubland, 10 minutes from Montpellier, rent old small stone barn completely restored in the medieval village of Murviel-lès-Montpellier. Accommodation for 2 people. - dining room with equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave/oven, dishes, Senseo coffee machine, ...) - bedroom with 140*190 bed, TV, wardrobe, armchair - bathroom with vanity, shower, toilet, storage. Towels and bed sheets are provided. The pool is a shared space with our family.

Classé aux monuments historiques, Pignan est un village médiéval proche de Montpellier. Vous séjournez dans une ancienne bergerie datant du 18ème siècle avec de belles voûtes d’ogive. Les murs ont été construits avec de la chaux et de la pierre de Pignan. C’est une grande chambre d’environ 20m2 conçue pour 2 personnes. Ce bien atypique est située au rez-de-chaussée de notre maison dans une rue piétonne au calme du centre ville et à proximité de petits commerces.
