En el exterior: pileta, quincho cubierto con parrilla, horno de barro, mesa para grupos grandes, un baño, juegos para niños, metegol, tejo y cancha de fútbol. El barrio también cuenta con canchas de tenis.

House with unique details in a lagoon exclusively for guests. It has a sandy beach for entering the lagoon and a shared pier for exiting to the Carapachay River. It is for 4 people (the armchair works as a bed and underneath is an extra mattress). It has 2 bathrooms and is very comfortable and convenient. It has a floating raft with a mooring for boats and an exclusive park for the house. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. DOES NOT INCLUDE LINEN (SHEETS OR TOWELS) ONLY ACCESSIBLE BY RIVER TRANSPORT
