Located 7 km from Piumhi, the headquarters house of the JC-Araras farm has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and kitchenette, balcony, with a wood stove and barbecue. Ribeirão Araras crosses a good part of the farm, thus creating several points conducive to cooling down. The water used, in the headquarters house, comes from a spring brought by a hose and a water region that passes behind the house. Simple, bucolic place. Ideal for being inspired by an experience tourism.

Newly renovated house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, gourmet area with large pool and heated Jacuzzi, barbecue, freezer, marble table, industrial stove, among others. To relax, there is a large balcony with spectacular views of the Furnas reservoir. Ideal for those who want to relax and/or party! Great location: 7 km from the city of Pimenta, 20 km from Santo Hilário and about 45 km from Capitólio
