This property worked out well for 7 adults visiting for graduation. The living spaces were comfortable and spacious for gathering and talking. The outside space was shady and nice to enjoy the fresh air. Much nicer backyard than I expected to see in the dry climate. All furniture and appliances seemed brand new, and the place was nicely decorated. A smallish pool is not too far away, and beach towels were provided. Good quality hair dryers and extra towels were in each bathroom. We watched a little TV in the movie room and the screen was HUGE. Lots of restaurants very close by and ASU Poly campus was only 10 mins away.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and were very happy with the house and neighborhood, especially with kids. The park is within walking distance and having access to 2 nice pools was everything. The house was clean, well stocked and nicely furnished. The area is great with lots of restaurants, splash pads/parks and shopping. So glad we chose Rebekah 's house for our stay in Phoenix!

We could not have better hosts, always responding to anything within the hour, or less. They were very clear on instructions and settings regarding the AirBnB. He not only sent a Walmart delivery with batteries, he sent us a very sweet treat 😀 The handyman showed up that same evening for 3 minutes to fix the problem. Thank you Spencer. To be fair, we were only in town for 2 days, but I have personally been in Phoenix a few times so am somewhat familiar with the area. This was the first time we stayed at a BNB, and we were both extremely happy with our experience. Heidi and Troy welcomed us into their beautiful home with open arms, and were very good hosts. They provided everything listed, and then some… including homemade cookies, fresh pressed coffee in the morning along with fresh squeezed orange juice! Heidi had great recommendations for local attractions and yummy places to eat, and if we had more time we definitely would have taken advantage of more the area has to offer. We were very pleased with our experience, and definitely recommend booking with Heidi and Troy for your next trip to Phoenix.

I spent a few days with Beth and had a smooth and relaxing stay! My room and the shared bathroom were really clean and well prepared. There were a few fruit flies and gnats but it’s expected with the summer weather. As a female solo traveler I appreciate the effort that goes in to creating a safe and welcoming environment in another person’s home. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I travel to Phoenix!
