Excellent stay!!! Perfectly located apartment… right in the center and 1 block from the beach. Super equipped... 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms... the best!

Everything was perfect! We were going to stay 1 week and in the end we liked the place that we stayed 2 so much! The place is super relaxed and with a private patio for our dog.

The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped, with good heating and with access and ocean views. Complex amenities make it enjoyable at all times of the year, 24h reception, maid service, elevator and carport, heated pool... all excellent. The location is unbeatable, quiet and with private access to the sea. Undoubtedly a highly recommended place and the host, Luciano was very attentive, gave us advice and attention at all times. For a getaway or a good vacation, as a couple or as a family, it's ideal. We hope to be back soon.

The house is very nice, functional and equipped. Excellent security (mobile around the neighborhood at all times). We went with our pet and the perimeter fence gave us peace of mind. The wooded background should contribute cool in summer. I can't give an opinion on the pool: time did not accompany The mattress in perfect condition which ensured a good rest. Beautiful house and very comfortable to be in with your family. A lovely place for a family beach vacation! The apartment was a great size for us, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was excellent, and it was a perk to have beach service included. We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool on rainy days, and the covered garage was also a bonus! I would definitely recommend staying here!

It was difficult to get to accommodation, after 5 hours of travel it did not match the location with the apartment. The photos when taken out of a drone were not recognized by the people in the nearby hotels. There was not the name of the building in the listing information, nor the nearby references. That was quite frustrating to get there. Otherwise it's comfortable, nicely located, has beach service, the heated pool was clean. The water from the showers never came out hot but lukewarm, but the towel service and staff were nice.

Our stay in this place was amazing. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The apartment was great and perfectly equipped, with very comfortable rooms. The place had all the necessary comforts, both to enjoy the beach and to stay in the facilities. Location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Martin was always very kind. Natalia answered all our doubts, the apartment is as in the photos, the complex is very nice, the garage is accessible, the location is the best, you can walk everywhere, and you have everything nearby. Carlos the very friendly security, the gate control did not work for us and they changed it quickly, the heated pool we use it, for my taste it could be a little warmer, but it was still enjoyed. Very good stay, I recommend it!

The apartment was ideal for us for the amenities and for the location (near the beach and downtown). It has a spectacular view. The host and building manager, very accessible and very friendly. I would come back without hesitation!
