The house is really cool. So, I'm excited to find money if I stay here, because I want to have a rich house like this lol. There are outlets next to the bed (important!!) and everywhere nearby too. If I go to Jakarta, I think I'll stay here again

depends on what you're looking for, but for the price you'll get an entire tiny hom in a very nice neighborhood and a great jumping point to explore serpong/BSD area.

We really enjoy our stay. The place offer a lot of room, and it has everything that we need. Communication was clear and host is friendly.

the place is ok as described. it's clean, spacious too. I just think the bed is a bit less soft, whether it's the sound of the mosque toa just right at dawn, I was a bit disturbed in the early day, but I adjusted it, it didn't bother anymore.

Really value for money, Pak Gerald is very responsive, friendly and helpful. And this is my 3rd time staying at his apartment, and I was always satisfied with the cleanliness and the service. Once I had to move from another Airbnb and had a lot of luggage, yet I needed to leave urgently to do some errands and had nowhere to store my luggage, then Pak Gerald helped me to take care of my luggage. That is a very thoughtful and amazing host. 👍🏻 Pros: - The room is spacious. - Both the room and bathroom are very clean. - Full amenities - High-speed WiFi and full access to Netflix - The gym and pool are very clean and convenient. - 24-hour apartment receptionists, and the staff are also very friendly. - Laundry service Cons: - The area is quite bland. *But I don't mind because it is close to the airport and easy to access, as it is close to the toll booth to the city and airport.

A wonderful stay here. The apartment is really, really great. Clean, good interior design. Smells good. Very comfortable. I couldn’t imagine a better apartment to stay while in Jakarta. I highly recommend!

Near to central jakarta, good neighborhood.

Kevin’s place is definitely worth the money.. with all the amenities provided.. the place is also private, I booked the place for meeting purposes and the huge sofa is comfortable… Mini Market is just around the corner and there is a vending machine downstairs which is very useful if you are too lazy to go to mini market to buy snacks or drinks. Kevin is also super responsive. I recommended this place to people who wants to stay in Tangerang /BSD area.

the apartment unit is as pictured, very clean, the design makes the children very happy, we can use all the facilities in the apartment and the staff from San Living are very responsive and very helpful whenever there are questions or requests from us, access to the mall is also very very close just go down the apartment and directly enter the mall Thank you so much for the comfortable,clean and beautiful view of the residence during 5D4N
