Good stay at Patrich's, who is a very smiling and welcoming host. The accommodation is clean, large for a studio, with storage, enough to cook. The bathroom is really spacious. The balcony and the view it offers are a plus! The evening aperitif on the balcony was amazing ♥️ Access to a closed garage to secure your vehicle at night is a big plus too! Small but very comfortable accommodation; we were in two adults, a child is a dog and we had a good time. Beautiful location for those who love to find themselves in the woods away from civilization. I recommend arriving with a well-stocked expense because it's not convenient to go back and forth from the country. A beautiful opportunity to enjoy nature and take walks near the house. Maurizio was very helpful and kind, always ready to respond to any need and give advice on activities to do in the area. Highly recommended!

Absolutely stunning place to be. We stayed for a month and enjoyed every minute. The apartment is clean, huge, filled with natural light. Kitchen is very well equipped. Beds are comfortable and linens are of good quality. No issues with the internet. Water pressure is great. We hope to be back and can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment. There is no elevator in the building. There is no A/C - neither of these was an issue for us. We loved everything
