Family-friendly holiday rentals in Pine

I had an absolutely incredible time here and when we were on the way out, we were met with a medical emergency in which Nick was very quick to help with additional nights while we sorted things out at the Payson ER. I was greeted by Elk in one of the most beautiful backyards I've ever seen, and while we weren't able to try the hot tub - it looked very clean and the temp was perfect. The game room was AWESOME and all of the technology (WiFi, streaming services) worked as they should. Can't wait to come back - thank you SO MUCH NICK!

Steve was honest and described outdated carpet which didnt bother us at all .... its definitely worth it and surprisingly spacious ...definitely coming back

The chalet was absolutely lovely. Comfortable and cozy. All the amenities were spot on, a/c was nice and cold, very well stocked, beautiful and relaxing, perfect for us and the dogs. Hot tub was clean and amazing under the stars. We put the umbrellas up on the deck and grass area to help keep paws and feet cool when it was the hottest part of the day. The walk to the river was short and close. It may seem like a steep decent but it was fine for us and our dogs. Just watch for cow patties! We had a delightful time and it seemed like vacation was over way too soon. Would definitely rent again.

Everything was lovely and very comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Loved basking in the silence and listening to nature.

A wonderful place in the woods, backing up to a national forest. We saw elk and deer every night. And enjoyed the peace and quiet. While there be sure to hit the PIEbar in Strawberry and amazing BBQ at THAT brewery! The house was cozy with a nice fenced yard (which my dog loved), front and back furnished decks, fire pit and hammocks!

Wonderful location for our holiday break! Everything was great - pool, foosball, ping pong, firepit, quarters, and the super chill elk. Great memories were made and we're looking forward to coming back for more.

Peter greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the place. He gave us recommendations for walks and things to do locally. There was also plenty of literature available to dive deeper into the history of the area and things to do. The deck gave us a view of the river. There were all kinds of birds and ducks. When we were not exploring the paths along the river bank, our dog layed on the patio and watched the happenings on the river. We even had a family of cows cruise by which was a first for her. We had everything in the cabin we needed to relax and prepare meals. The grill on the patio was awesome! Overall we had a great time! Thank you Peter and Michele.

Wonderful, private location with beautiful views and hiking trails right outside the back door. Awesome spot for elk viewing and endless stars! Charlie was very nice and responsive.

We had a lovely and peaceful weekend! We truly enjoyed our stay and absolutely loved the location of the cabin. The trail behind the cabin was easy to access and made for a great hike. Watching the elk so close was an incredible experience. Our pets had a wonderful time as well! Thank you for providing such a welcoming and relaxing space. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Great quiet place. The sound of running water was very relaxing. We had a hiccup with the code not working after 45 minutes, finally got the correct code and got it. It’s just a mile away from the Water Wheel Falls trailhead. We’ll be back again.

This location was a dream. The yard was large and fully fenced for our dogs, and the back patio takes you directly into the National Forest. They were very accommodating with our party size and pets, and everything inside is as described! We felt right at home.

This cabin was amazing, gorgeous views, very clean ad organized, pretty secluded off the road so traffic or people weren’t an issue. The cabin was a little hidden gem and I will be staying there again. Patricia was an excellent host and very informative, highly recommended!

Great place. This house can accommodate 2 families easy. it is in a residential area about 5 minutes from Pine with great views.

Our host was amazing! Justin is an excellent communicator and made us feel right at home. He even provided delicious fresh coffee for us to enjoy during our stay! The views from this place are beautiful. And although the pics are fabulous on the website, this home is even more gorgeous in person!

The family had a great time. We would love to be back during the summer!

Great place to stay and beautiful surroundings.

Second time here. My kids love the goats next door and the neighbor is kind. Home is cozy and peaceful in the middle of nature. Close to creek. Nice walks in morning and early evenings. -Would recommend more instructions on thermostat for operating heating instructions - not everyone is tech savvy! -Loved the snacks but just double check expiry. Would stay again. Cute house in Payson surrounds . Host very responsive which was great.

Beautiful Property! We were a group of 7 families and we rented the Homestead, Oak and Ponderosa Cabins and the size of the cabins fit us perfectly! We had a lot of fun in both the living room area and outdoor dining area of the Homestead Cabin. The kitchen is fully stocked and we were able to prepare our food properly. The grounds are great and perfect for family getaways. The kids enjoyed the pond, the sports court, hiking around the property, and even had a chance to feed the kids. Scott and Barbara are great on property and made us feel welcome and Gaby was very responsive, answering all our questions throughout. Thank you Mountain Ridge Cabins! We'll be back!
