House holiday rentals in Pineda de Mar

We had a fantastic week-long stay as a group of five adults who were venturing back and forth to Barcelona. The property was beautiful, super clean, and peaceful - perfect for relaxing, with plenty of space both indoors and out. The pool is fantastic, and the surrounding area is stunning with some nice restaurants, a lovely beach, etc. The hosts were amazing, very welcoming and generous - they even left us local bread and wine on arrival! They struck the perfect balance of being friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything, while also giving us privacy. All five of us agreed that we would recommend the place to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway with easy access to local sights, as well as to Barcelona. We’d love to go back!

We went this weekend with my husband and it was an incredible experience, the apartment is very well cared for and with great taste, super clean and very well equipped. The incredible whirlpool tub! It is perfect if you are looking for relaxation and intimacy. Highlight the tranquility of the area, the common areas are very good! The heated pool is a treat. David took care of us wonderfully, very attentive and pleasant! We'll be back for sure! Thank you for your hospitality.

The property manager was very helpful and communicative and this was a big reason I ended up choosing this rental over others. She seemed so warm and friendly that I felt confident booking. She met us at the house, which was easy to find via instructions she sent beforehand. She had a very sweet welcome basket of food and drinks waiting for us when we arrived and even had offered to order takeout food for us since we were arriving late. She sent a beautiful guidebook with recommendations that were helpful. The house was beautiful and clean and the beds were made up and ready with towels and toiletries like a fancy hotel. There was coffee and sugar (but no cream) and everything needed to cook (oil, spices, pans, etc.). The location felt extremely private and safe and was a 10-15 minute drive to town and beaches. We used the heated pool every day even though it was April and cold/windy. The host continued to communicate during our stay and met us when we left. Really pleasant experience.

Everything is perfect and very quiet, the exclusivity of the accommodation is noticeable, it gives excellent privacy.

Jose’s home was amazing, the location is perfect to avoid the busy city life. The host’s were very helpful and communication was great with no problem’s at all during my 3 night stay. I would highly recommend Jose’s place and would visit again!

Beautiful villa with great views. We particularly liked the outdoor area with kitchen and large pool. The beach is within walking distance in 7 minutes and is also beautiful. Thank you for the hospitality. We felt very comfortable.

The villa exceeded our expectations. We greatly enjoyed it. Beautiful and nice spaces and is equipped with all the necessities. From noon, there is sun on the pool and there is even a BBQ on the balcony. Sabine is a super friendly host, responds quickly and is very helpful.

Lovely apartment, very well equipped. Comfy beds and great to have ceiling fans. Plenty of room for the 6 of us, recommend this place for both families & couples. We loved the swimming pool, ideal with a bathroom down by the pool to shower. Pool kept clean regularly. Quiet neighbourhood, friendly neighbours. Ideal location for town with restaurants, shops (quite a hill to walk on way back up to apartment!) Easy to get the train to Barcelona and lovely resorts like Mataro. Do be prepared for mosquitos! Many ants too, however, hosts left plenty of any spray. The large terrace balcony with sea views, alongside port views was my favourite place to sit. Would highly recommend a stay here. We stayed with 4 adults and 3 young kids and absolutely loved the place. It's actually much better than it appears in the photos. The kitchen is well stocked, there are toys for kids, and the roof balcony is great. The beach is literally right in front of the door and is great (popular, but not overly crowded). Tons of restaurants within easy walking distance. Despite the people outside at the restaurants, inside was pretty quiet. Some of the furniture is dated, but otherwise perfect, highly recommend!

Guillermina was always attentive and concerned with our well-being during the stay, always kind and communicative. The space was clean, organized and had everything we could need. The place is peaceful and a short walk away we find either of the two main beaches. What more could we ask for?

We were 7 people in the accommodation and felt comfortable. We were warmly welcomed and even received recommendations for the area. It is particularly quiet, as the house is very remote. Highly recommended.

Beautifully restored historical home in a quiet and peaceful village. The WiFi was really fast in the dining and living room, which worked for us working remotely and doing video calls. AC was nice and cold in the bedroom. We loved it!

Amazing place! This house is not only comfortable and clean, but also very beautifully designed. We felt at home - it has everything you need, and more! The small garden with pool is a great place to relax and all the rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully equiped and the host is super flexible and friendly. We would love to come back :))

stayed 10 nights, a lovely house that give you a good authentic feeling, close to stores, the beach and the main shopping street is basicly right outside. still a really family friendly neighbourhood. 10/10

Fantastic views and great outside spaces to socialise and have fun. Close to Blanes, local beaches and easy to reach the rest of the Costa Brava area. Max was very helpful with his communicate and advice.

Francesc and his father are extremely polite, helpful and flexible. They gave me any kind of tips I asked for being pretty responsive!The house is absolutely great. Thanks once again :-)

i’ve stayed at a lot of places in my time for different work trips as a business owner. This house tops it off by far. Jenifer was an exceptional host always responding straight away. the house was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures, was definitely worth the price without a doubt. Jenifer catered to all of my needs aswell. Honestly can’t say a bad word about the house, my stay or the experience. Best play i’ve stayed at to date.

This is the most beautiful Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The house is absolutely stunning, spotless, and was in the perfect location. Nuria is such an amazing host and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. If you come to Costa Brava you must stay here, I couldn’t recommend it more.

The treatment with Adrià was perfect, the location of the house is fantastic and has a magnificent outdoor space, the beds, the furniture of the house and the perfect outdoor furniture, we had a great time!!!! As an old house, cleanliness and maintenance is more difficult, and maybe it could be improved.

It's a beautiful house with a wonderful view. although we didn't meet the hosts personally, they always responded immediately to all of our concerns. the house was equipped with everything you need to live comfortably. is to be recommended. thank you very much, we hope to be back soon

Our stay in this house was exactly what we needed. We travelled as a family with kids and grandparents, and everyone loved it. The house has been recently renovated, so everything felt fresh, clean, and comfortable. It has a beautiful Mediterranean vibe, with lovely plants surrounding the property and a great location to explore the area. It is exactly as the pictures show or even better ! The access to the nearby club with a swimming pool was a fantastic bonus that we all enjoyed. The host was very responsive and kind, with thoughtful hospitality gestures. Nothing to complain about — highly recommended. We’ll definitely be back!

Jesus welcomed us kindly and was always easy to reach on the day of arrival. He gave us all the relevant information on arrival in a quick manner and at the same time gave us good recommendations for restaurants and party options. He was helpful and extremely accommodating with concerns. The villa and especially the outdoor area were extremely beautiful and allowed us a relaxing stay.
