What a great place. Nice quiet friendly community feel with pretty much everything you need to lay low and enjoy Madeira Beach and nearby. Away from the hustle bustle yet convenient if you want to go check stuff out. Nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. Thanks John! Oh yeah and you too Dave (Property Manager). You're on top of it man!

Judy’s place is very nice, and walkable to the beach. The pool and common area are an oasis. They house is equipped with beach necessities. Close to downtown that fills with good restaurants. Judy is an exceptional host, she went above and beyond to accommodate us, and great communication.

I'm not even sure where to start! This place was absolutely perfect! 10 out of 10!! You cannot get any closer to the ocean than this! literally two steps out the back door and you are on the sand. it is all flat and easy short walk to the water!! The other plus is you were able to park right at the front door. literally two steps and you are in the door. no parking garage no lugging luggage to a condo on a luggage cart!! We were the first clients to stay in the bungalow after the hurricane! They have done such a nice job with it! Appliances, cabinetry, furniture is new! towels and beach towels provided! private/ shared pool a few steps away! You're not sharing the pool with 100 other people at a condo!! Sharky's restaurant right across the street! The beach itself was never packed! The one only hiccup we have was a little bit of a sewer issue, we messaged Liz and she had the plumber there within 45 minutes! problem solved! highly recommend this place!! we will definitely be back!!!

This place was just what we needed. It definitely met our expectations. So close to beach, bay, and fun restaurants.

We had a great stay in Indian Rocks beach. The Airbnb was just a block away from the beach which was really nice. They were also close to many dining locations and a quick drive to other destinations.

Great space, Liz had all the stuff we needed for a beach vacay! My family stays in this area annually and will be looking forward to returning .

Very nice, quaint home less than half a block from the beach. The home was in pristine condition and clearly refurbished after the fall 2024 hurricanes. Everything was in excellent condition. With the house backing onto Beach Trail it was less than a 5min walk to the beach or the Kooky Coconut, which is one of our absolute favorites! Others do use Beach trail by both vehicle and foot though, so do not be surprised when you see folks walking by outside. The house is right on the shell/gravel path. Overall, we would definitely recommend this house for it approximation o the beach and our favorite local grub & ice cream shop!

The turquoise house was easy to find and perfect for walking to Vinoy park for the blues festival. Everything needed for a pleasant stay was provided. Would stay again!

My wife and I stayed for Christmas week and it was the perfect place to rest and recharge amid the festivities. We loved everything about this charming bungalow and felt very much at home. We especially appreciated the proximity to Crescent Lake for walks with our pup Stanley! Just can’t say enough good things about the experience—clean, cozy, well-stocked with all the essentials, warm and very relaxing. The proximity to I-275 and US-19 makes getting to Tampa and Clearwater easy and the gulf beaches are a short drive west. Best of all, host Gina is a gem of a human! Cathy, Stanley and I give it 4 thumbs and 4 paws up!l 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🐾🐾 and would love to visit again!

The most beautiful and well appointed home in the area we have stayed in. Lillian was a kind and gracious host. We loved the location and all aspects of the home. We will absolutely book here again.

We loved our trip! Tonga was so prompt with any concerns we had. The labeled light switches were extremely helpful. We loved the hot tub! We would definitely come back here again.

Absolutely lovely! It was spacious, private and the dogs loved the yard. Only had to cover up a few holes for the little ones who like to explore. This was more of a business trip so we did not have time to enjoy the pool but it looked very inviting. Place had everything we could need.

Anita was incredible! I will definitely stay there again the next time that I am in St Pete. The house was beautiful and what a great location. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful time our family had.

Great location.. walkable to the water, BlueJays training stadium, and downtown Dunedin.. all the amenities allowing me to work remotely and enjoy the lighted backyard in the evenings. Stocked Coffee bar was a great touch!! If visiting Dunedin this is the place to stay!
