Jeremy never fails to impress. I have stayed at other properties and he always exceeds expectations. The place is fabulous and he is the perfect host. I try to stay at one of his spots whenever I'm in Clearwater.

Super friendly host, very quick responses. The place was exactly as described and was a perfect fit for our overnight. Would easily stay there again if need be!

Very comfortable and clean. The apartment is stylishly decorated with comfortable furniture and bed. The kitchen is also extremely well equipped. George did not skimp out in making this place nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

We honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our birthdays. From the moment we arrived, the owners were so warm and inviting. They surprised us with a few welcome goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel at home right away. The unit was beautiful—clean, spacious, and honestly felt like a little slice of luxury. The bed was super comfortable, and the towels and bedding were incredibly soft and fresh—you can tell they really take pride in keeping everything in top shape. The view of the bay was amazing, and we got to watch dolphins swim by from the unit, which was just magical. They had canoes available for us to use, which made for a fun and peaceful afternoon out on the water. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. They gave us some great local restaurant recommendations too, and we ended up trying a few that we might have otherwise missed. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks Lyn & Frank

We had a lovely stay at 42 Gulf Blvd IRB! The house is comfortable, the beach area is peaceful and beautiful, and the location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. While we did experience a couple of issues during our stay, we truly appreciate how responsive and caring the management team was. They took our concerns seriously and handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. Their communication made all the difference. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a laid-back and enjoyable beach experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very clean condo with beautiful views from the patio. Saw dolphins almost every morning and at dusk. Close to many restaurants. Close to the beach also had a very nice and clean pool with plenty of chairs for seating. When we were there, the pool was not crowded at all. There were also beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas available to use. Well stocked kitchen with good pans for cooking and two grills that were available to use at no additional cost Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back

I would recommend this place to anyone!! There was 4 of us, plus our fur baby. I know it’s not right on the ocean, but it’s just a short 15 minute drive to the beaches! Damian was an excellent host, responded right away. I had no issues whatsoever! The place was loaded with beach stuff, which we didn’t use. But, if you forget anything it’s nice that’s it’s available. Also had plenty of dishes if you want to make your own meals. He also sent a bunch of recommendations which was nice. The condo was very clean and homie feeling. The pool was nice, though we only used it once. We had a really quiet stay. I would most definitely come back to Damian’s condo. Thank you for such an excellent stay.

My son and I stayed at "The Merry Yacht" when in town for Eckerd college dorm summer move in. Condo exactly as described and she and her husband were consistently kind and timely with communication. They did not hesitate to allow my son to check in a few hours after I reached out the morning we arrived with a request as we were exhausted from early morning travel. Quiet, condo so comfortable and homey; pristine throughout. Safe and short walk to Starbucks and one of our favorite restaurants in St Pete - Tiki Docks. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

My husband and I needed a little staycation after a stressful few months. The little apartment at the beach was perfect. The location was beautiful despite the fact that the area is still recovering from a few hurricanes last year. The host was also very helpful and gave some great recommendations. The only negative thing that I can say is that my stay was too short. I look forward to staying there again.

This was the perfect spot for our week stay! Beach access was so easy, great parking for the building, the balcony was a fun spot to watch the boats AND manatee visitors! We walked to Lisa's for breakfast 2 days, and it was a 10 minute walk to John's Pass! We recommend the pirate ship cruise if you have kid's- so fun! The only "issues" we had were a shower rod and the AC was being funny one day, but Kristin was so apologetic, responsive, and ON IT to get it handled! We so appreciated the beach gear, accessibility, and cleanliness! We'll definitely be back! 🏖☀️

This studio was a perfect and cozy little spot for my fiancée and I. Literal steps to the beach, ice cold AC, super clean, and very close to tons of shopping/eating/drinking spots. I would absolutely book this rental again for another weekend getaway!

We had a great vacation in a great place to stay! The place was clean, had two comfy king bed bedrooms, bathroom was clean, patio was nice and the walk to the beach was an easy 2 minutes. There were beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas available. I would definitely recommend this place!

The bed was SUPER comfortable! (which is VERY impt.) From the wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, , bikes you couldn't ask for anything more. The beach wasn't far and all of the information given was spot on. I looked at a lot of AIRBNBs and this one by far reached my greatest expectations! Theres so much to say about this wonderful place. Yana was super nice and accommodating in any questions we had. We will surely go back again! Thank you for a wonderful get away!

The only thing that was bad the refrigerator was not working properly we told Tracey and she said she will get it fixed. Verbo gave us the the wrong number for the door so we had to call Tracey to get in.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—right off Gulf Blvd and just a short, easy walk to the beach. The amenities were exactly what we needed, and the beach wagon was especially helpful for carrying our things. There are several food options within walking distance, which was super convenient. But the real highlight was just a short drive down the road—an ice cream shop with 150 flavors! We ended up going back multiple times because it was that good. The beach access path has some damage (as do many spots in the area due to last year’s hurricane), but it was still completely manageable, and the wagon handled it just fine. One thing to note: Gulf Blvd can get pretty busy, especially in the mornings, so light sleepers might want to bring a sound machine or something to help drown out the traffic noise. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again!

We had such a wonderful stay at Nick’s place! The house was spotless, the kitchen had everything we needed, and he even provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys, which made our beach days so easy and fun. The location was great, just a short drive to the beach. Nick was super helpful with parking tips and local restaurant recommendations. We were so happy with our stay and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend!

So pleased with the condo. Had everything we needed (and more). Bed super comfy along with linens! Host and husband were very pleasant…even came to give us more coffee and a couple more towels (without us asking!). Host responds quickly to questions and has a pleasant demeanor. We will definitely consider staying at one of their units again. The unit is so nicely located; the beaches are just minutes away by car (and also reachable by bike if you’re into riding).

I’ve seen lots of hosts referred to as superhosts, but this description really fits Larissa!! Her condo is the perfect location, close to Clearwater Beach & a lovely small town called Dunedin. The pool was a walk that was literally a seconds from the condo. It was clean, quiet & very relaxing. I didn’t have many questions that weren’t explained in her information but when I did Larissa answered very quickly. Don’t hesitate to book this space that was perfect for 2-3 people. Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.
