This two story town house has two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen & 1 single roll away bed), 1 & 1/2 baths, balcony off master bedroom, covered patio out back and is equipped with everything you need. (Sorry no cats/dogs please (medical exemption) due to severe allergies)

Kayakers be mindful if you decide to cruise to the New River as gators have been sighted along that journey. Plenty of sidewalks if you must get a run/walk in before your day begins. Making Waves

This completely remolded home was built in the early 1950’s. My husband remolded the home in 2012. It is very homey and has been decorated with beach decor from one end to the other. The kitchen has everything you would need from electric skillet to a crockpot. It has foils,baggies, salt, pepper, oil, coffee and filters. So much charm and very inviting. We are centrally located in Jacksonville. Close to all military bases and the beaches.
