Monthly Rentals in Piney Point

We’ve stayed in several Airbnb’s and this one is our favorite! The house is absolutely beautiful inside. You really only need to bring clothes. Melissa has every toiletry and kitchen equipment available and then some! The beds are very comfortable. The pier and views are perfect! Highly recommend Island Time!!

I don’t think I have enough words to describe how amazing Teresa’s place is! The photos don’t do it justice — it truly feels like a fairytale cottage. Every little detail is so thoughtfully planned. I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, but this is by far the best one I’ve ever experienced. The cottage has everything you could possibly need — the kitchen is fully stocked, and the backyard is a dream. Having your own little private beach felt like paradise. We spent our mornings and evenings by the water, went kayaking, roasted marshmallows and sausages, and the kids had so much fun playing games. Teresa is an incredible host — she answered all my million questions with such kindness and patience. Even the neighbors were the sweetest people, which made everything feel even more special. We had the best five days there and will absolutely be back. Thank you, Teresa, for making our mini-vacation so magical and memorable!

Fantastic stay! Quiet getaway which was exactly what I was looking for. House was fully stocked with all the amenities listed and so much better in person! The sunsets were epic! Cam was very helpful with providing things to do in the area which was fun to explore! I will certainly be back again.

We had great stay at Tim’s place. The surrounding just very peaceful and the gorgeous sunset view just from the deck, the pier. We stayed 2 nights just enjoying all the peaceful moments without leaving the house. The only thing is that there were many mosquitos when get dark, even we close the door right away but they came in some, they don’t really bite people though but if for those who hate to see them , that’s a thing. Anyway, it’s all about nature. We love nature so it’s not a big deal for us. Thank you Tim for sharing the lovely place to us.
