Não é um local para festas ou eventos. A praia não tem saida para a rua, fica para vocês mesmo. O terreno tem duas casas independentes, vocês ficam no andar térreo, à altura da praia, com a garagem e a varanda com churrasqueira. A casa de cima acostuma a estar desabitada, quando tem alguém é um casal idoso.
