The apartment is very beautiful! The view is amazing and the location is great, with a market and other shops nearby. In addition, access is very easy. The host helped me a lot with all the questions and responded promptly. Check-in and check-out were super smooth and, overall, I felt at home!

If it were possible to leave a rating of more than five stars, I think it would deserve it. The accommodations were perfect for four people and the beach is spectacular for the family. It's worth coming back, hopefully soon.

It was my first experience with Airbnb and Bruno has already set the bar waaaay up there! He was an extremely helpful host from start to finish, making the delivery of keys for check-in and check-out flexible, suggesting the cheapest and tastiest place to eat nearby, and being ready for anything we might need! The studio is wonderful! Everything is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. And the hot tub was an incredible differential! The location is also great, with several options for eating, pharmacy, grocery store, shopping and etc. nearby. Simply a perfect experience!

Excellent apartment. Impeccable

I've had a very pleasant stay in this flat! It is brand new, inmaculately clean, well decorated/furnished. The building has a modern leisure structure available for guest use. Raphael and Maria Eduarda are nice hosts providing a quality support. We had a very fluid digital interaction and they were kind enough to make the sauna reservation when requested. I am very sensitive to noises and slept pretty well, since the street and the neighborhood are quite and silent. I could only recommend this Airbnb listing!

We had a great stay. The place really is wonderful, with beautiful landscapes. The house really has everything in the descriptions and photos. Aldo was very receptive and agile. I highly recommend! And I hope to return.

Amazing view. Excellent bed. Great location to enjoy the lagoon beaches and the lagoon center with many shops and restaurants. André was very helpful and made us feel at ease.

We had a wonderful stay in Florianópolis! Host Érica was extremely helpful, kind and attentive from the first contact, always willing to help and ensure that everything was perfect. The house is impeccable: very comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. It exceeded all our expectations and was ideal for enjoying family moments. We will definitely come back more often. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Juliana is one of the best hosts I've experienced, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at her home and with her playful and friendly cats. Good location for beach through a exotic and a little hidden lagoon pathway, and good distance to the market for groceries. I would love to come visit again!

Great accommodation! The house is amazing, super cozy, clean, illuminated, amazing energy! For the more limited, it is worth remembering that the house is on a steep slope, which on rainy days cars cannot climb, but it is only 5 minutes walking, it is not a big deal. The hike is super worthwhile as soon as you enter the listing. Carol is super communicative, always responding quickly giving all the support possible. Super would come back!

The stay was excellent. The space accommodated five people well. It has a little market right in front of the house that helps a lot in everyday shopping. There was flexibility in checkin and check-out times (I believe that because there was no reservation the day before checkin and after checkout). I recommend the accommodation.

Each studio is a container, but it feels so much bigger thanks to the design. Everything is modern and super clean. I loved the space, super easy to get in and has a ton of amenities too. Alone or in a couple this is the place to stay.

Apt very clean and organized,has all the necessary items for the stay ,the condominium has a very good structure and private access to the beach .

Ricardo & Gabriela were great hosts! Great communication and the rental was amazing. The apartment had everything we needed - comfortable beds, washer/dryer, kitchen supplies for cooking and eating, 2 bathrooms with hot showers, and more. The condominium also has a wonderful pool, hot tub, sauna, play room for kids, and a beautiful walkway that goes down to the beach. We saw so much wildlife on the walkway and on the beach! Capybaras, monkeys, turtles, crabs, and many beautiful birds. Within walking distance of the apt there's a supermarket and a few restaurants, so if you don't feel like driving but need some food or home supplies, it's not a problem! Gabriela was very helpful with quick responses to all of our messages. Our stay was so good we were looking at prices of homes in the neighborhood because this is just an amazing place. 10/10 one of the best places we've ever been.
