The raised terrace offers outdoor dining and BBQ. Downstairs there is a private plunge pool with access via steps. We are 20 minutes by car from Playa Avellanas and 35 minutes from Tamarindo. The accommodation is within our property where we live all year round. it is located in pinilla hacienda (in front of marriot hotel). 500m from the beach ( mansita, avellana, langosta). It is a secure site where you can park your car. We share our huge swimming pool (23 m long). In hacienda pinilla, You could enjoy in to play golf, pickeball, ride a bike, surfing (with additional costs). We also have a dog.
