Holiday rentals with a patio in Pinner

Great place , everything we needed , good parking , flat was fantastic , unexpected bonus of hot tub , which was prepared and clean & fresh , well looked after flat , good hosts

Just a short walk from two very connected underground stations, the apartment was easy to find and, as the photos show, wonderfully and tastefully decorated. Two things I often find that let places down are the shower and the bed - Chris’ apartment had both a fantastic shower and a super comfortable bed. We also managed to take some great photos on the home too. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a stylish stay within close proximity to the main attractions London has to offer.

An absolutely stunning apartment. Completely modern and clean. Lovely views. Extremely easy to make yourself at home and has everything required for a longer stay. It is even better than the photos. The area is great. 5 minutes walk from CityLink which runs every 15 minutes into central London (18-25 mins). A co-op 2 minutes walk away. A huge Sainsbury’s 10 minutes walk away. Brent Cross shopping centre is a 20 minute walk. Ellen as a host couldn’t have been lovelier or kinder and more understanding to my personal situation. We will stay here without hesitation on our next trip to London!

Susan was a fabulous host very responsive and accommodating with our cases prior to check in so we could start exploring. would definitely stay again. Great location between Heathrow and Central London.

A great base to get into central London from and a cosy space. We were very grateful for the bread, milk and eggs and wonderful communication all the way through. Highly recommended.

It is such a beautiful flat - a real home-away-from home. The view from the balcony is amazing, and the flat itself has classic decor. It's a beautiful blend of privacy and serenity. The host is very communicative and helpful, which I really appreciated. I definitely recommend it as a lovely spot to stay in London!

I LOVED my stay at Chris’ place! It was so beautiful (just like the photos) and close to Acton Town station (5-6 min walk). Very safe area even at night. Would highly recommend and return again!!

Our stay at Anita’s place was amazing. The house is absolutely gorgeous and beautifully furnished. The garden area is a lovely too, and everywhere is so spacious, indoors and outdoors. The home was very clean too. The area is so quiet and peaceful, really is such a great get away from the busier cities and towns. Such a great place and definitely worth the money.

Travelled down as family of 12 for London Marathon weekend. The place was everything we wanted and more. It really has a ‘home from home’ feel and you immediately felt comfortable due to the numerous little touches the hosts have gone to. We stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer…. Only minor feedback is the stairs to top floor is little difficult for the older members or those struggling after long run!! 🥵😂 When we are next this way, we will definitely look to book again. This home is absolutely gorgeous, and it was such a treat to stay here during our trip to London. My family enjoyed the neighborhood setting, which made for a quieter area to retreat to after days filled with sightseeing. It was easy to get to and from anywhere we wanted to go using the tube, and it was especially convenient for watching tennis at the Queen’s Club. I would highly recommend!

Asta & Jann were extremely wonderful hosts I had such an excellent stay. They always communicated with me making sure I was fine. They are always there to help out would 1000% recommend staying at their property they are great hosts. Also the property is amazing in pictures and in real life will be back again soon.

My family loved our stay here and I wish we would’ve booked our entire trip in the UK here. This home is close to Heathrow airport, close to London for sight seeing, but away from the hustle and bustle of the city. My son loved the backyard, & I loved the sun room. The home was clean and cozy. Even when we were checking out & waiting for our transportation to pick us up due to a hiccup Rajan was kind enough to let us wait inside. You have such a beautiful home, & thank you for sharing it with our family!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. The house was the perfect size and space for the five of us. We especially loved the newly renovated kitchen! From communication & booking to location and cleanliness our experience was fabulous! There were Tube stations, markets and restaurants located within walking distance and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

New apartment in a new building in a quiet residential area. Two metro lines (Elizabeth and Piccadilly) are easily reachable on foot or by bus. 20 minutes from Heathrow and 20 from Paddington. It was perfect for us. We felt at home. The apartment is actually nicer than what the photos can show. Barbara was always very helpful and answered all our questions rapidly. This is not a rental property; the host actually lives there and rents it only when she is away. This means that all cupboards, drawers and closets are full with the host's belongings. This was not an issue for us.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

Sharon’s place is adorable - a lovely English flat, outside of the hustle and bustle of London, in a residential neighborhood. My favorite part of her place is her back yard - it’s like a slice of garden heaven in the middle of town. A pond, beautiful flowers; it was lovely just sitting out in her yard taking in the sun (when it wasn’t raining ;)). Entertained daily by magpies and foxes. This flat is just for one person as there is only a twin bed, but her flat is roomy and the kitchen can’t be beat! Sharon was a great communicator and checked in to make sure I was doing okay and was always responsive if I needed anything. Great place to unwind after being on the road. Thank you, Sharon!

Susan is lovely and communicates very quickly, she met me on my first night and showed me around the apartment. She even left some snacks and some milk in the fridge for me which was a nice touch The apartment is immaculate, nicely furnished, very clean and well looked after, it felt very homely. Also something good to know is the entrance is completely separate to the rest of the house, which may not be obvious from the photos. The parking space on the drive is spacious, I was able to fit my van on there. I would happily stay here again.

Would definitely use this place again for a short stay. It's located on a nice quiet estate and is pretty easy to get to Wembley Stadium (which is why I was there). Hosts are helpful, place is clean, modern bathroom space. Only "complaint" is the paper thin walls, which isn't great if you're sensitive to noise and/or trying to work. I have noise cancelling headphones, so no big deal for me. Very minor thing. Everything else was 10/10.

Natalie was an AMAZING host. She is so friendly and accommodating! The flat was absolutely beautiful and incredibly clean. My only regret is that we didn’t book it for longer. If I’m ever lucky enough to find my way back to London I will definitely book this property again

It was honestly the perfect studio. I felt so comfortable and loved how quickly the hosts responded making my stay even more enjoyable. There’s plenty of food options nearby, Co-Op is like a 2-3 min walk and the space was super clean. I highly recommend and would definitely book again. Thank you!
